We ordered 6 sandwich’s and 6 sides for delivery. The order taker did a fabulous job taking the order. The sandwiches were delicious as always. Order was delivered within 15 minutes. My problem is the delivery fee! $12.45! This didn’t include the tip, its stated driver doesn’t get any portion of the delivery charge on the website. So it was close to $25 to have sandwiches delivered! We never thought to ask what the delivery charge was since delivery is usually $3-5. The ridiculous fee was never mentioned during the ordering process. Customers should be told of the fees. If we knew we would have definitely picked up!

Person working window in Huntley can't count back change. The bill was 14.22 I gave then 25.00, they said I gave them 24.00, I gave them 1 more dollar, they gave me back 5 dollars. Have does this add up? I know I gave them 25.00 in the first place.

Today 11/09/2023 I stopped at this restaurant and ordered a VITO italian sub . The salami was sliced so thin that I laid it on the JJ wrapper and I could read the wrapper through the slice of meat. there was only one layer of salami on the sandwich. I showed it to the manager and he just smiled as if he were proud of it. Sandwich , drink , and chips almost $14 . I WILL NEVER EAT AT A JIMMY JOHNS AGAIN !

Corporate office needs to be aware this location is making sandwiches with old bread, hard as a rock. Bought two sandwiches both were made with burnt hard bread, made the sandwiches disgusting to eat. Hardly any meat in the sandwiches also. Order taker through the drive thru was in a hurry and unfriendly. Not returning to this location.

Our order was incorrect and when I called the restaurant they offered to deliver the correct sandwich to us even though we’re outside their delivery area. 13 minutes later the new order arrived and they even threw in a cookie. The manager Brandon was so kind and apologetic. Thank you Jimmy John’s!
The most absolute garbage location. I waited over 30 mins in the drive thru after already placing my order ahead on the app. When I finally pulled up no apology or explanation was offered so I asked why the wait was so long, I was told that they ran out of Turkey ?All this waiting just to open a soggy sandwich that was soaked through the wrapper and the bread was practically RAW. Seems like they could have at least baked the bread with all that extra time they had. Now I’m out $30 and I'm starving.

11:15 on a Monday and no one is answering the phone. They’re supposed to be open at 10:30! If you’ve decided to be closed on Mondays, you should at least update your hours!!!!!!!
