This location never answers the phone and when asked why they lied and said their phone didn’t work. I stood at the counter tryna speak to a manager named savi who barely spoke English and gave me attitude as I was calling their number listening to the phone ring behind her. The cashier beside her then replied that they don’t answer because too many people call to place orders. I’ll be calling corporate to let them know this is the worst little Ceaser’s I’ve ever bin too and will never be returning.

When you witness the girl prepping food stuffing her face with wings licking her fingers and then proceeds to handle the food that came out of the oven without wash her hands and she did not use gloves when handling the food... ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. I will not be back.

Ordered a pretzal stuffed crust pizza with cheese sauce for pickup, got there and stood upfront for several minutes till I had to yell to get a staff member . Instead I got an underdone regular stuffed crust pizza with no sauce and pretzal salt. Oh and the number on listed doesn't work, so of course can't call them snd let them know.They used to be pretty good, the last 3 orders have been either wrong or undercooked.

I guess the era and hot and ready is done and over. I stopped in at 4:30PM on Saturday, Dec 9, 2023, but there was no pepperoni Hot and Ready available. If they'd said it'll be 12-15 minutes, I might have taken them up on it, but they offered one in 5 minutes and it's NEVER 5 minutes, it's always 12-15 minutes depending on how quickly they can get one in the oven. I haven't yet stopped in a Little Caesars since Covid and found a hot and ready available to pay for and walk out with. I'm declaring Hot 'n Ready as Dead and Buried.I never order with phone apps because all too often I arrive and the food isn't ready. What's the point if they can't get their act together to have hot food at arrival time?

I ordered an old world fanceroni pepperoni pizza and crazy bread from this location and from the moment I arrived at the location I had rude service. When I walked in a gentleman was standing in front of the counter and asked “What do you want?”. I mentioned I had a mobile pick up order which didn’t appear on the kiosk. He grabbed it out of the kiosk for me and when about to hand it to me I asked if they had two buffalo ranch dips. Rather than grab it from next to him he asked his coworker to grab it. She handed him one and then walked away as he waved two fingers at her. They then continued to converse in Spanish about it and she stated it was his problem. I joked that he wouldn’t give it to me for free as his coworker stated and he retorted with attitude stating no and something other. Rather than quickly ringing me out for the sauce he started doing something else at the register without notice. When he finally rang me out I told him I no longer wanted the sauce as it was pricy for me and he again retorted with attitude about not just giving it to me when that wasn’t the issue. When I checked my pizza after leaving, I realized that it barely had any pepperoni when it states it should be topped with over 100 to the edge nor did it have a crispy caramelized crust. The breadsticks were also dry. The store also looked empty and disorganized

This store is the absolute worst. They repeatedly close early without marking their store as closed, steal your money on delivery orders, and refuse to give refunds. When we called the manager, he was rude to us and hung up in our face. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

My legs were peeling with burns after the pizza box was at least 150°!! I have to buy ointment now to stop the peeling! Are you kidding me! Who hands a customer a pizza that hot!

As a paying Customer I find staff is very inpatient and hostile with its customers. I was yelled at by a young wavy haired kid who then proceeded to ask me to leave the store. All I asked was that my pizza be "Lightly" cooked.I will never go there again.
