I didn’t have any problems with this Bucciferro Family McDonald’s in Huntley during my visit on Friday, August 8th, 2025 on my way for a trip for the weekend. It was in and out in 10 minutes and although the dinner rush was real, I got my food quickly and enjoyed it well. The kiosks help if you’re in a rush but normally no I don’t recommend them. They can be hard to work with. (Written 8-15-25)

While not quite 5 stars, I think it's fair to rank it that to help bump up the overall rating.
Why? Because this McDonald's is one of the more consistent ones I've been to.
Not perfect, but it does more things right than wrong on an average visit (from what can be expected of a McDonalds), at least in my experiences.
I will note that the food quality seems to be more fresh on days when they aren't busy. No surprises there.

Slow, never opened when the hours say they are. I’ve come after work at 11 3x now and they’ve been closed when they’re suppose to be open till 12 with employees eating fries inside.
When doing the survey online I thought there would be a certain question asking about if there were any employees i’d like to shout out but ended up completing it without putting his name. Rafael was very kind throughout the process of getting my order and he did very well.

Very poor customer service! Made an Uber order at 10:52 for breakfast, uber driver goes to pick up my order, then gets informed that the Breakfast is not available. The uber driver calls and informs after which I cancel the order on Uber. However, Uber charges me the full order amount because the merchant already accepted the order. Called these people, they say that order was received at 11:17, no breakfast and all (I placed the order at 10:52), and cannot do anything to fix it. They have my money now and won't do anything about it. All over, poor customer service and lack of knowledge on how they set their stuff up on Uber Eats.
