Did pick up where you pick a spot and they bring the food to you. Sat there for 15 minutes. Went inside, waited 5 minutes more. Food was cold and they gave me something that does not remotely resemble hot chocolate. Also no one inside cared at all. Zero stars do not recommend.

What is the Bucciferro family doing? A health inspector needs to come here ASAP. Quality of food is garbage.
The food is not fresh. Bread is hard, not soft. The meat tastes different. This specific mcdonalds chain has an unhealthy environment. From the drive thru, I saw the women drop the bread and pick it up with her own gloves while making the food. No one said anything, and they all ignore it. Don't come in the morning, they will forget your food and give you half of your order. Waste your time on coming back so they can get mad because they forgot how to count. Don't come here. This is a sad chain for mcdonalds.

Came here with my mom on Tuesday night to pick up a late dinner and was told after waiting at the register for over 5 minutes and witnessing all the employees gathered in the back talking like they're not doing anything only to be told that oh, we refuse to take cash anymore. We're not supposed to take money. You're supposed to use the kiosk. I ended up Scoffing at them turning around and leaving. not the first time.I've had issues with either one of the mcdonald's in huntley , but I definitely will most likely not be coming back. This is not the first time I have had issues with both this McDonald's and the other one.In Huntley, they lost a customer.And I hope people who see this take their business elsewhere

Food was fine but I didn’t get what I wanted to order. I went through the drive through. The man who was taking my order didn’t speak English well and I couldn’t get him to take my order properly. He kept repeating something I couldn’t understand. I gave up and ordered by number & the cost was more than I wanted to pay. Please check the microphone in the drive through and make sure the person taking your order speaks English clearly. What a huge disappointment!!!

I ordered lunch at 11:30 a.m., and my burger was so dry and nuggets were not even warm, The fries were hot, so one plus. So disappointed because I thought the 2 Huntley McDonald's were starting to improve on their freshness and quality of their food. I guess that didn't last. (At least for this on by Wal-mart) I'll have to go back to the other on in Huntley and hope they are still back to the good ways they had been improving.
