Workers have a nasty attitude in addition to making you repeat yourself and needing to rephrase the same statement 3 different ways in hopes that they will be able to process and address the request……..nope they just turn the attitude up 6 notches

I just came in to order two egg McMuffins before 11 AM. The gentleman who was running the drive-through I could not understand and then he was screaming into the microphone. Finally I understood that he told me breakfast was only served until 1030. That’s fine, but this man needs to be replaced. If people can’t understand him he doesn’t need to scream. Totally turned me off and I went to the other Huntley McDonald’s to order.

Employees are just big and greedy. After they forgot the sauces (we paid for) went in to just grab them and even after we had already paid for a whole meal the beast would only cough up 1 (probably sad to see more food leave him), not without attitude. Employees like these put shame to Ronald mcdonalds name and would be better suited to work in a warehouse or something where they don't need to interact with humans.

The manager Angel is the worst and the best part is he thinks hes entitled to treat people however he wants because he's dating the manager and thats from another employees mouth after i expressed how he treated me after HE MESSED UP!! I will be calling corporate after the fe2 times I've been mistreated here and by him

This McDonald’s is outrageous. Two caramel sundaes was $7.75 and my ice cream wasn’t even filled up all the way to the top of the cup. For almost 4 dollars for an ice cream sundae I would hope that it would be good. They are missing items in my orders and on top of that it’s gotten so expensive. Not worth it anymore!

You should update your hours if you don’t open until 6. Especially for Doordashers who get your order and are unable to pick up the order. Then DoorDash asks for proof of hours and your hours show 5:30 on every window.

I understand when it’s busy, it’s busy. But i know for a fact a 10 piece is supposed to come with 2 sauces. I asked for buffalo as my two sauces. I also asked if i could have a 3rd extra, and your employees said no problem. My bag only came with 1 sauce, so i went back in to ask for a second sauce, as well as the extra i was told i would be given. Now you guys tell me you’re only allowed to give out 1? So first, i wasn’t even given the amount that’s required to be given, and then was denied the extra sauce i was told i would get.

I placed order from mobile app. I went to to pick my order arlt pick up window they gave me only drink and told me to move next windows. And I waited around 12 to 15 min. I got my order and I left from store. I parked car in my work place it is 2 min away from store and I found food quality is very bad. Nuggets got bad oil smell . Burger and fries are cold. I am not able to eat i throughout. They have to tack care of each order. If they ask some someone to wait in next to pick up window and they forgot to give order and it was cold.
Very bad experience. This is not first time in those store. That was my last order. Never come again
