Still Fire! Great food, good for a quick lunch for sure, many options they have great service and keep food fresh for customers. These are findings of several in my area folks keep in mind. I find them all pretty good when I travel and need much on the fly.

I waited in the drive through for 15 min waiting for someone to answer when no one didn’t we went to go inside I got out of the car and the employee waved her finger back and forth and shook her head no at us like excuse me I’ve been a chef for a half a decade and never dealt with worse customer service then that this is the most ridiculous thing I’ve seen no sign no nothing absolutely stupid and we came a hour and a half before they closed a hour and half !!! This is the worst restaurant experience I’ve had

I understand that a bowl is a smaller portion than a plate, but this is a total rip-off and a complete lack of respect. The amount they served me was ridiculously small, and the service from Vanessa left much to be desired—nothing compared to Nina, who always serves us and does an excellent job. We are frequent customers of this branch in Huntley and this time we were very disappointed with both the food and the service we received

Stopped by the Huntley Panda Express around 5:30 PM yesterday (10/29) and immediately noticed the staff seemed confused and unorganized. I should’ve taken that as a sign. The orange chicken I was served was severely undercooked, something I didn’t realize until later that night when the stomach pain hit.
It’s the next morning, and I’ve been dealing with nonstop stomach issues, weakness, and a pounding headache. It’s honestly ridiculous to pay for food that ends up making you this sick. Clearly there’s a lack of food safety and proper training at this location.
Check your food before serving it, people shouldn’t have to worry about getting food poisoning from a chain restaurant.

Food is always good every time I eat here. On my last visit, an item I ordered ended up taking longer to prepare than they expected, and even though I didn't mind waiting they were very apologetic and gave me a free order of crab rangoons while I waited. When my order was ready, they even gave me an extra size up from what I ordered! It was very sweet of them, and the food was delicious. Will definitely be returning!

Told me to wait 3 minutes for my sides. While waiting for them to finish cooking it, they gave the rest of my food to someone else so ended up waiting 15 minutes.
I didn't leave a negative review the last time I had an issue since I was bribed with free food, but they are still just as terrible.

Just ordered food, and got the bigger plate. The staff didn’t pack my chicken inside of the order. Now they are closed! This was suppose to be my lunch. I’d love for management to give me a call so I can get full refund. This was such a let down!
