used to be a regular, but they would constantly mess up my orders that i would place ahead of time. they would leave out parts of my order when i would have it delivered and wouldn’t even give a refund. my final straw was when i came in to order mac and cheese and they served it to me in a dirty bowl that had black gunk on it along with a piece of plastic in it. i went up to let them know and they gave me another mac and cheese and apologized, but that does not account for everything that has happened. overall i would not recommend going to this panera if you want quality service.

I often use the rapid pickup when visiting this location in Huntley. My order has always been correct and is ready quickly. The food is always good and consistent, the same as I have had at other more established locations.

It's a Panera. Ok food, super overpriced, but I'll stop and get a Sip Club drink. My biggest problem was the women's bathroom. The baby changing table is in the main bathroom area, not inside a stall. And it blocks the handicap stall door. You need to check that stall to make sure no one is in there because they will be stuck if the baby table is down.
Could be handy though. Bad date? Have her use the stall and drop the changing table so she can't get out while you make your escape. Great Aunt Sally complaing about the bread being dry? Send her to the restroom and enjoy your lunch in silence before returning to flip the table back up.

Bacon on BLT was very old. Made my Mom sick. The soup was cold and the italian sub was greasy. Associate lied about bacon being cooked fresh daily. Very over priced for a bad meal. Never going back.
We ordered from the catering menu for 11 people. Everyone one of our lunches was PERFECT! The communication was perfect! Delivery was on time! I couldn’t be happier with the service and the food. I plan to do this again for future lunch meetings!

I stopped at Panera to grab a quick bite, Hoping the soups would be ready that night. Though they were delayed, I still had my fill, The sandwiches and salads were tasty and skill.
The bakery delights tempted me so, Warm bread and pastries that steal the show. The staff were all friendly, attentive, and keen, Making the experience feel bright and serene.
Though soups took a moment, the meal still amazed, And I enjoyed it all with Imhotep’s stern gaze.

Had a great dinner. Pick 2's of soup and salad. The cream of chicken with rice was delicious. Portions were good for a couple of seniors - not too big. We really enjoyed it.
