Have dined in twice, at different times, to give them a fair chance. Both instances had the same results. Their ordering system is not very intuitive. This includes using a human to place an order. If you order with a pad you will have to wait until the pickup order location decides to give you your drink (the people behind the counter are too busy to bother). A (note single) sandwich will take ~15 minutes to be ready. One time I dined in, it was super busy, so 15 minutes seem ok, the other, it was dead and still same time, so that is about what you will wait. The food was good. Not going out of my way to get it good, but something other than burgers/tacos good. I would definitely NOT recommend drive thru, with as slow as it is. The service definitely tilts towards being better if you are an older white woman. That seems to be the clientele that runs the place and whom will be the largest group of customers. (The rest of us are just in their way).

Always a Panera fan. Good food, made fresh. The only suggestion I have for improvement is that they use the Pick-up Parking Spaces more often for the drive-thru. It would make things flow better - and honestly that's what those spaces are for.

The cost to eat here has gotten out of hand and the portion sizes are tiny. Our order was ready for pick up quickly but was missing several items. When charging an extremely high price for food, there is an expectation of good quality, accurate order taking and food preparation, and generous portion size. This place misses the mark on all fronts. I paid over $60 for two very small bowls of soup, two sandwiches, and Mac and cheese. And the order wasn't made correctly. Do better!

Super slow service! Girls were too busy chit chatting. Waited for way too long just to have to ask for silverware are get a weird look and asked do you need some? Then have to hand back my sandwich because it was made wrong. Waited way to long again just to pull away with the wrong sandwich a second time.

On a road trip and glad to stop here. Coffee was really good and breakfast sandwich. The suffle’ wasn’t as warm as I’d like but always delicious.
Waited 25+ minutes for ONE sandwich in the Drive-Tru just for it to be wrong. I understand being backed up but we were one of the first ones in line and after 15 minutes we were asked to pull into a spot meanwhile everyone after us was getting their food and pulling away. We had to wait an additional 10+ minutes for them to bring us our food to the spot. Ridiculous, for ONE sandwich.

The drive thru cashier was friendly, however I had to ask questions about my order. When I got home I noticed neither bag of chips were in my bag even though they checked off I was supposed to have chips. I called 3 times and no one answered the phone.
