My family went here today. All of the staff were wonderful. the pro shop looked great and had lots of great items, everything was clean inside, the course looked really nice, and they even have some virtual golfing booths inside now that the weather is getting colder. Great place. Next time we will eat there, the food looked really good.

Where to begin...I'll start with the most amazing venue coordinator you could ask for - Hayley.
From the first meeting my Husband and I had with Hayley about booking Pinecrest for our wedding we knew we were in the best hands. Hayley walked us through every detail and we quickly found out just how much she is willing, and delighted, to do to make our wedding special. This care followed through all the way up until the day of the wedding! Hayley was incredibly communicative throughout the planning process, and she set up AND took down all of our decor. We truly did not have to lift a finger and she made the reception look absolutely fabulous.
The food...our guests are still talking about how amazing dinner was. Mark and the kitchen staff did a fabulous job with all of the food for our wedding. We thought that our tasting when we selected our meals was good? It was somehow BETTER the night of our wedding. I don't know how they did it, but the mashed potatoes and the white fish - I still dream about it. We had some dietary restrictions for a few guests - gluten-free & Vegan, and Mark and his team happily worked with us to provide gluten-free and vegan versions of the dishes we selected so our guests got the same delicious meal!
The bar? Equally as fabulous. We threw out the idea of adding a signature drink and Hayley and Mark were ON it. We gave them a recipe we enjoyed of a French 75 and they were more than happy to include it. The bar was packed with pretty much everything you could ask for, and the bartenders were so fun and kind. We truly had the best time with them.
I've been to Pinecrest before so I already knew it was a beautiful course, but our photographs turned out even better than I had hoped. It was a beautiful day surrounded by beautiful scenery and the most amazing people.
We used all local vendors - venue, DJ, Photographer, and they turned out to all know each other so of course they worked FABULOUSLY together. I would HIGHLY recommend this amazing team. Pinecrest, Fine Detailed Collective for photography and Tim Hicks from Music in Motion for DJ.
I could go on forever about how perfect our wedding was, and it could not have happened without Hayley, Mark, and all of the Pinecrest staff. Thank you to everyone who had a part in our wedding, we are truly grateful.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at your course on Mother's Day. My son treated me to a round of golf, and while I was initially excited to spend the day with him, the experience fell short due to several issues.
Positive Start:
Firstly, I want to acknowledge the positive aspects of our visit. The gentleman at the pro shop was helpful, and the starter who allowed us to tee off earlier was appreciated.
Issues Encountered:
Unfortunately, several challenges marred the enjoyment of the day. These included:
Limited Beverage Options: Upon inquiring about wine, we were surprised to learn the beverage cart didn't carry it. While I understand this may not be standard elsewhere, information about this would have been helpful beforehand.
Inconsistent Wine Availability: Directed to the turn for wine, only champagne and red wine were available. The information provided by the staff regarding upstairs availability for white wine turned out inaccurate due to a private event.
Unprofessional Interaction: The bartender at the upstairs bar displayed a condescending attitude, questioning my experience at the course and offering free wine in a dismissive manner despite my desire to pay.
Desired Outcome:
My intention is not to receive a freebie, but rather to bring these issues to your attention. Mother's Day should have been a relaxing and enjoyable experience, but these service lapses overshadowed the day.
Moving Forward:
I would appreciate it if you could consider the following:
Improved Communication: Clearer information about beverage availability on carts and at the turn would greatly benefit golfers.
Customer Service Training: Ensuring staff interactions are professional and courteous would enhance the overall experience.
Event Cancellation:
Unfortunately, due to this disappointing experience, I am no longer interested in hosting my event at your location.

Came here for a tasting to book an event for a family communion. Food is fabulous we will be booking our event here for sure. The management staff is extremely accommodating and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend giving them a try if you are looking for a place to eat locally or host an event.

We held a Celebration of Life, and it was wonderful. Staff was respectful and helpful looking for anything they could do to make it better. They had a favorite drink, great food buffet, and changed their usual layout for our needs. We loved them so much we now contracted them for my daughter's wedding.
Food was fine, other than the unappetizing gray potatoes. Service was awful. Servers were more worried about joking with each other than acknowledging any customers. Food took ages to arrive, and no servers checked in to offer refills. Manager however was kind and offered a discount for our troubles. It seems the only way to be served at this place is to be seated at the bar.
