Worst experience youâre going to get at a restaurant in Huntley. Workers that donât even acknowledge you, they look like theyâre zombies. they wonât have your food ready and wonât even speak to you when youâre in drive thru. we spent 25 minutes trying to order fries and didnât even get a word spoken back to us

Bro couldn't give me a refund and said he had nobody else more experienced to help. Then kindly exchanged my bone-in that were supposed to be boneless to a sandwich as a compromise. Also said was able to give me a food credit but didn't take my name.

Been waiting here in the Drive-Thru for 15 minutes for my food and still waiting. This place is slow and very disorganized. I've had three different employees come to my truck with the wrong orders and have seemed very confused. Waste of my time.

I believe it's getting ridiculous when you spend $29.50 for eight chicken tenders four biscuits and an order of fries. Not only that but clearly the food had been sitting for a while. Will never go back!
PreOrdered turkey on line to be picked up. Arrived with receipt and was told they only had one left and it was paid for but for someone else. Now in order to get one before Thanksgiving I would have to have it shipped for $20 extra. Never going back.

Went here before an event we had to go too and waited for over 20 minutes after paying and told to pull forward. We had a guy come out and tell us they we making our chicken. Then we had a woman come out asking if we got our drink for the kids meal and we said no and she said they were out of apple juice so we asked for a rootbeer. We finally got our food. My husbands boneless chicken didnt have the BBQ sauce we asked for on it and my meal and kids meal were cold and soggy from sitting to long and we did get an apple juice even tho they were out. LoL worst part is we didnt have time to even complain to make it right as we were in a time crunch.

I like Popeyes but this location on RT 47 is horrible. Drive thru is extremely slow. And when I got home I find I only received 4 pieces of chicken while I ordered and paid for 5. Stay away from this location.
