This is a nice place and most of the time when I come in the employees are very nice and it’s very clean! But your employee Gertrude was being very rude and audibly yelling at customers over the headset when her mic was off. I heard her say some very unkind things and she was clearly frustrated with this customer. Just thought you should know!

This morning I was running late and didn’t have time to make breakfast at home, so I stopped by the drive-through to grab some egg bites. The young lady at the window her name is Nicki was so kind and thoughtful, she asked about my day, listened when I mentioned my daughter, and was just genuinely sweet. I was amazed at how much her kindness brightened my Tuesday morning. Thank you to Starbucks and your wonderful staff for making the start of my day so much better!

Hands down worst and slowest Starbucks in the area. Literally half an inch of cold foam. Like what’s that??? Might as well left my drink black. I don’t think I’ve ever had a tasty drink from this location. And this is coming from a 172 partner

Sharon, the store manager, along with her associates greeted me this morning with warm smiles and conversation. I had questioned my drinks ingredients (thought it was missing something), and they remade it quickly and it was perfect.
I also had mentioned that I know of a manager from a store in another state and a wonderful conversation was had. They were all supporting her from 1000 miles away, wishing her luck and success in her store, and had wonderful compliments. It's nice to see a corporation that supports across the globe. Proud to say my local Starbucks is so professional, encouraging and friendly! 😊

redhead barista working 1/5/25 around 3pm was so off putting and short with me even my boyfriend noticed. no manners whatsoever.
Even though the drive thru had a long line of cars ahead of us, this location managed to make the wait seem like nothing by getting people there orders quick. Fast, effienct service here
