It would be nice if you could teach good manners to the lady who is at the DRIVE-TRU on the night of Wednesday, February 19 at 12:08AM.. and additionally teach her how to treat the general public..

Went through the drive thru and ordered 2 10 piece chicken meals. that comes with 2 fries and two drinks. Lady at the window charged us for the deluxe meal which had extra things that we did not order. We went back around to try and see if they’d fix our order and when she came back, she said with an attitude “What do you want me to do?” we were kind and respectful. all we wanted was our food. hoping to get my money back after we gave her back the food.

It was place to go for us, but today I have bad experience. They miss couple of items from the order and I just pick my order as they call my name. But when I check the tray I have 2 taco missing. I stood there for 15 minutes no one care about to ask me what I need. At the end when they as why I am standing they told I already get 1 item not 2 and finally I tell them it’s 2 so now they make me new taco but no apology or anything. I like this store but if they don’t do good customer service it will be no go spot .

Great service, was prompt and when I pulled up and they had my food ready, absolutely fantastic taste as always Taco Bell is so good and this is a great location, right here fantastic service and very quick
Vegetarian options: you can customize whatever you want to be vegetarian and or vegan
Parking: Convenient parking right there on the lot
Kid-friendliness: good kids, menu and plenty of options for even the pickiest children, cheese, quesadilla not more kid friendly than that

I waited 15 minutes for my food. I was in the lobby. They kept taking new drive through orders and focusing on that and ignoring waiting people in the lobby. There was only one other order in the lobby. My food when it was done sat at the drive thru window for 4 minutes before the lady came back to her spot and gave me my food. Not a good look.

It's becoming obvious that Taco Bell is stepping away from customer service and forcing customers to place their own orders through kiosks. I won't do it. I want to place my order with a human. I did not submit a job application and I don't want to play my own order or take my friend's order and place it for him because they're supposed to be a customer service agent. I will refuse to eat at all Taco Bells that require us to use the kiosk
