Tufano's Pizzeria

I've ordered here a few times in the past but never had to order for a party. So yesterday I ordered pizza from these guys I was a bit impatient at the time. I was trying to find out what kind of special they had and it was hard to understand because they were talking so fast I unfortunately snapped a little bit as I asked him to slow down so I can understand what kind of specials they had he did it without any complaints and I ordered a few pizzas. When I showed up to pick up my pizza they were super busy. Our pizzas were made perfectly for what I asked for. I like ours a little crispier than most but not burnt. I got to give it to those guys they handled it very well specially when I was a little Snappy on the phone and now I understand why they were talking so fast because they were crazy busy when showed up. Even though they were that busy my pizza still came out great and cooked to the way I liked. So I felt like I needed to write a post about how good these guys were and thank them for their great pizza and patience.

Walked into what was described on the webpage as a complete falsehood.
No tables to eat at.
No gaming parlor.
Mater of fact, the wall had fresh drywall closing that section off.
What a let down. We wanted to go out and enjoy some food, libations, and play som slots.
Plan-B.
Order food and take it home.
Italian beef wet, no cheese, no peppers.
Italian Sausage and broccolini roll, and corned beef with cheese roll.
Paid and waited. (10% discount for cash)
We were told 30min wait. What?
Found out the beefs are premade frozen and have to be heated up. Comes with cheese and peppers.
What kind of freshness is that?
As far as the rolls they one had one kind available.
Decided to cancel the order, got our money back and left.
I’ll be watching for the “For Lease sign” to go up soon.

This place must have new owners because Tufanos has been consistently good over the years but has slowly gone downhill. They put very little cheese and sauce on now. We ordered last week and the crust was so thin and burnt. A frozen pizza would’ve been better. Hopefully they read these reviews and get back to how they used to be otherwise they will be out of business soon.

OK, I’m gonna be very objective here. I’ve been going to Tufanos’s for years. I’m a business owner myself, and I understand the difficulty with price structures going up in an affecting the Restaurant industry, but don’t raise your prices and then drop your quality that’s one thing I just can’t stand. I can understand the raising of food prices, but don’t think that you can fool your customers by dropping the quality, we used to get the stadium pizza and it used to be oozing with cheese now there’s barely any cheese around the outer rim of the pizza and one sausage per slice. It’s very sad. The Restaurant industry takes this approach because they’re not the only ones but unfortunately, I will not spend my money in that direction anymore, I’m not bashing them, but I’m sure I’m not the only one that notices this go back to give customers what they want. I wish I would’ve taken a Picture..

Wife and I ordered eggplant Parmesan…we started noticing that the fox was mostly uncooked. The sauce was dreadful ang Acidy…we proceeded to get ettvery sick overnight..the th shakes aiand upset stomach.we are better today but not 100’pct. Better. I think we both got food poisoning…scratch this place

This pizza is amazing. Why is it so amazing you might ask? Because despite me choking on a piece and having to be rushed to the emergency room I still will be eating the leftover slices once my throat feels better. Will probably order a fresh one while I'm at it. Kudos to you guys!

Love Tufano's. The price is reasonable, good staff and great food.

Ordered for the last time ever from Tufanos. For starters they screwed up the order and did not put sausage on the pizza. I went over the order twice with the kid and he repeated it to me. Pizza arrives no sausage and the ticket shows no sausage ordered I almost think he did it on purpose. Then the stadium pizza had so much cheese on it that the pizza was undercooked. Ordered french fries as well that were under cooked and awful no crisp and potatoey tasting. I didn’t even call and complain because there are way to many options in the area to continue ordering from here and I don’t want to eat from here again. They quality and service have gone downhill and Sal’s (pricey) is 1000 times better.
