Employees are nice enough but after getting a cold burger with wilted veggies a month ago, I decided to try them again and now the burger was ..okay but the fries were cold and hard. I also was never offered a receipt so no way to complain through that process. Disgusting for $10+ a combo. Wish I had my money back. Would have had a better dinner for the some piece getting junk from the gas station ugh.

Ordered a kids meal & jr frosty. Cashier was not friendly. Didn't mention the toys were out of stock. If i knew that i would of changed my order. The lids were not stocked at all, just a few small was available. The countertops by the fountain was filthy. Looks like it hasnt been wiped down in hours. I wont reccomend visiting this location.

I waited outside for 10 minutes for a mobile order. The food was colder than Lake Michigan and the fries were stronger and tougher than a punch from Mike Tyson. I wouldn't feed this food to a dog or a prisoner. This is the worst Wendy's I've ever eaten at.

Typical Wendy's hoarding their fries being extremely rude about giving me the large fry I ordered unlikely to ever return the employees are very rude and deserve to be replaced.

Nothing specific, but this is the worst wendy's I've ever been to, this is coming from a former manager. Food is always cold and never correct, sauces and napkins are never put in bag for drive-thru or delivery. You will miss whole items and drinks when ordering delivery. This place needs new management or should be shut down. I'm surprised no one has gotten sick yet

Worst Wendy’s I have ever experienced. Nuggets we’re hockey puck hard. Cheeseburger was not correct with cold hard meat. French fries were cold. Never going to this garbage location again. Waste of money, time, gas and thought. Workers were okay but dismissive and customer service was meh. This location shut just be shutdown. What a disappointment but what can you expect for a Wendy’s attached to a gas station.
Went through the drive-through today and had the pleasure of speaking with Phelim. He was very courteous and accommodating, And it made what was a rough afternoon into one that was enjoyable. Would highly recommend this location, especially if he is on duty

When I have a order They are constantly giving me the wrong order. This situation really annoys people. Fries is constantly salty They put excess salt.
