THIS WAS THE WORST MCDONALDS. Got told to pull around because of the fries, sure no problem until 5 cars all got their food when I ordered from the app. Then when I received my food, not only were the fries cold, they tasted like old grease, my McDouble was a regular cheeseburger with one singular pickle. The staff was seen interacting with other customers with smiles, conversation, and laughter meanwhile when food was brought it was very abrupt and short. Definitely felt a racist vibe. Just being honest. Very disappointing. ALSO we didn’t even order a lot of food, a 5$ meal deal and two cheeseburgers n a large fry. Ridiculously unfair and not worth the wait or money spent.

I saw that this place was next to a lake and I thought it might be good to stop, boy, I should have known something was up when I saw that big mega prison. Slow service, lots of flies, trash parking lot, the list goes on.

Dropped by this McDonald’s around 7:36 PM, got my order at 7:46 PM — and it wasn’t even that busy. Fries? Solid. Honestly, fries are the only thing that keeps me coming back here once in a blue moon.
But the Deluxe Quarter Pounder (or whatever fancy name they call it) was… eh… a 3 out of 5 on a good day. Kinda sad considering that’s supposed to be their “top” item.
I ordered to eat in, but they handed it to me in a to‑go bag. And no napkins inside. Not one. Also, I ordered through the kiosk and couldn’t even find an option to add sauces. Would’ve been nice to have at least a couple thrown in automatically.
Fries were tasty. Everything else? Could use some love.

Ordered inside on a Sun am. I wanted to be waited on since I used my app and did not feel like working. Everyone's orders were taking 15 minutes. I feel most Mc Donald's have lost all customer service.
