The best brisket and great sides! Can’t wait to go back and try the BBQ nachos. Highly recommend.

Truthfully one of the very best bbq places in Southern Illinois.
The price of the food for the small portions that were served was outrageous! It was more like a snack not a meal!!!!!!

The great debate is over. St. Louis (area) does indeed have the world’s best BBQ!
The baked beans are so full of meat they make a meal in itself and the Cole slaw was crisp, cold, sweet and tangy!
Can not wait to drive through again and stop.

Amazing BBQ. Great portion sizes. The workers are friendly and helpful. The location is clean and nicely decorated ? good amount of seating inside and outside. Lots of different sauce choices to try out. Fresh sweet and unsweetened tea.

We saw a billboard on the interstate, advertising Fried Bologna sandwiches and knew we must stop. My mother-in-law loves Fried Bologna. PCB did not fail us. She loved every bite. I had the pulled pork sammy with a side of Mac n' cheese. My wife had the pulled pork and Mac n' cheese bowl. All were OUTSTANDING. I think our car in the parking lot lured others to come in. By the time we left, the dining area was pretty full.
