Our first visit and we will not return. Our food was cold and not as described on menu. Place was very noisy, customers laughing and talking so loud you could not even talk to your guests at the table. One of the staff was laughing and yelling out to the kitchen staff in the dining room. The food is expensive for what you get. Bandana's is much better in price and you get sides and bread with your meal.

This is a great place to stop but be hungry. I got the 32 oz porksteak with 2 sides and a drink 21 dollars total. Didn't need a knife fell apart. The people in the place were small town people. Order at the counter and wait for your name to be called. One older couple was waiting and when their name was called a younger lady got up got their food and delivered it to their table. That's the generosity of people the whole world needs. Go here enjoy the people the food and if your really hungry they have a 5 pound of meat sandwich you will only have 30 min to eat it. Great place will highly recommend to everyone.

This place was not welcoming at all workers seemed like it was a bother to take my order. I ordered take out it came up fast but was just mid. No smoke flavor in the brisket and the Turkey taste super dirty. Fried potatoes were cold Mac and cheese was they only part worth the $18

This place is in the absolute middle of no where and wasn't even sure if they were open when we pulled up. The staff are pretty rude but the food was pretty good. It was weird there was no body there when we pulled up town was an absolute ghost town. We sat down and all of a sudden ppl were walking in and outside the window ppl were walking around and riding bikes. I swear it was a scene out of a horror movie.

This is a cool little place with a nice open concept. The place looked super clean and the menu is on a huge chalkboard over head. Super easy to read and understand (with prices!)
We were first time visitors, there to celebrate my parents birthday. Everyone ordered something different and there were no complaints about food quality. There is a nice salad bar next to the self serve drink counter. Fresh quality and good variety of vegetables, meats, and dressing.
The only downfall to our visit was the woman taking the orders. I thought she was rude and lacked any customer service skills. I didn’t say anything because I thought maybe I am overreacting. Then my mother says, geez she was terrible, how was she to you? The staff working the lobby and clearing tables were super friendly and the staff cooking behind the front counter greeted you with smiles. It really seemed like one bad apple in the bunch. All in all we’d go again. Great food, neat atmosphere, and mostly awesome staff!

Very pricey for the worst pulled pork in southern Illinois. You pay almost 13$ for one sandwich which is cold and taste worse then gas station food. Would not recommend. Staff that took my order on the phone was also very very rude rushing me off the phone had an attitude from the very beginning will not be coming back.
Rude, unfriendly cashier, but food taste okay. You won't feel very welcome dining here. Lady with hat taking our order today is about as friendly as a rattlesnake!

Upon arrival an employee was having a private conversation with another person, possibly a customer…..waited over 5 minutes to have our order taken, but only after an argument between three employees. Did not appreciate the exchange of inappropriate language in front of me and my family. Save the drama for later. The food was good but not warm.
