Service was fast. So fast in fact, that it looked like it had been shot through a pitching machine. The girls that waited on me were friendly, polite and nice. Also, I never would've thought mayo and BBQ sauce would go together like it did on this Crispy Onion Whopper Jr.

When I first pulled up the guy who took my order was a little rude yelling through the speaker, but it’s fine. As of the food: Chicken Fries - extremely dry, definitely have to dip them in something Jr. Whooper & Bacon Cheeseburger - both good, but the bun is almost soggy tasting? Bacon was good.

I just found a crumbled up receipt in my laptop bag and realized why I had kept it. I was going to write a review on the exceptional service I received. So here is my long overdue review...
I visited back in April 2025. It was late at night, 10:58 to be exact! I was craving a snack after driving from St. Louis up to Jacksonville for a medical drop.
When I first pulled into the parking lot, I saw two guys out back taking a break. No biggie. I figured I'd give them a moment before I raced to the menu board to order, but instead I noticed one of them immediately recognized a customer had pulled in so he tossed his headset on and started walking in. Before I had my window completely rolled down, he had already started asking what I would like to order. I made it a point to mention to him I had seen he was on break and would have patiently waited, but he shrugged it off and said it was alright.
I ordered a double cheeseburger and drink. He rattled off my total and I drove to the window.
As I approached, he had one hand out the window to accept payment and I saw my drink already made next to him. I even commented that was super fast. After getting my change, it was no more than a couple minutes my food arrived. AND IT WAS STEAMING HOT! I had assumed because of such fast delivery, I was going to be getting a burger that had been sitting for a minute or so, but not at all. This burger was so hot, I literally had to wait a few minutes driving down the road before I could open it up and take my first bite.
Both the order taker and cook did an amazing job that night getting my order correct and out in a record time. Anytime you are up late and need a snack, swing by this Burger King. I highly recommend it!

Placed an online order only for them to give me the incorrect order, ignored all calls and refused to refund the order. Only offered a $10 coupon. For what? My BBQ brisket burger was more than that. They gave me a regular whopper that was cold and soggy, a bacon cheeseburger that looked like it had been reheated and rewrapped and the bun was soggy also.

Food was decent for fast food. All fresh. Ac was kicking! Very clean!
My meal was thrown together my chicken fries was cold and my bugar was cool worker was on phone not paying attention to up front and the place feel like a walk in freezer

Strange how 2 Wednesdays in a row, at lunch time, the mobile app for Jerseyville, IL's Burger King says they are closed. Yet when you drive by they are open. Guess they don't like Whopper Wednesdays in Jerseyville.

When I came to this location, the staff wasn't wearing gloves and they were picking their noses while making my food! That's just so gross!
