My gf ordered a pizza at this location.She ordered on our way home from a short trip.They said it would be 45 minutes for our order.We got there in about 45 minutes.They said it would be 40 minutes.We told him we ordered ahead of the time and the excuse was that they were pretty busy and were behind.Pretty laim excuse.

Ordered the stuffed crust pizza today and wow was I disappointed. Cheese in crust wasn't melted at all and tasted really really cheap. Like a cheap frozen pizza. The quality of ingredients and amount of toppings have been going down hill for years yet prices keep going up and up. I can't say I'd recommend it. The delivery fee that doesn't go to the driver kinda pisses me off too. Why even charge the fee if it doesn't go to the driver. Don't they pay the driver less than min wage when they are on delivery and the driver uses their own car and gas so why the $5 fee if it doesn't go to the driver. Honestly I hate dominos as a company.

The in experience suckedi phoned storahundred yards from house and talked to someone I could not understand an obvious accent probably out of country.let us make a direct call I pick up pizza in bad mood through no fault of the local store

The wait is entirely too long. I hope you are paying the employees well, they work so hard and seem to be under lots of stress trying to satisfy the customers. On a positive note, the food is always good, just not always hot like fresh out of the oven.

Ordered delivery for a few of us working at the hospital and it said it was going to be 15-25 minutes, it has now been 2+ hours and it still isn’t on the way. This has happened every time someone has ordered delivery. The dominos in Edwardsville probably could’ve gotten this pizza to us an hour and a half ago.

I always get the same order for my extremely picky son. This location is the ONLY Domino's that gets it right. Every other location either forgets the special instructions or they give me a pizza with huge crust bubbles all over (and a picky eater isn't going for that). So, THANK YOU Jerseyville Dominos.

pizza was good but delivery never showed. Went to pick up and had to wait... Total time. 1 hr 22 min. I guess the delivery guy was lost, quit or broke down. Lol

Me and my wife order at least a couple times a week. Out of all that business maybe ten pizzas a year are exactly correct. Don't ask for extra toppings.Cause they give you the exact same amount as you would get regularly. Don't ask for anything different than the normal pizza that they're used to doing. Don't ask for them to cut it square cut instead of pie that confuses them. Don't ask for well done pizza that also confuses them. I've Repeatedly complained to the store in the nicest manner.Possible understanding that mistakes happen. And I continue and I continue and it doesn't make a difference trying to be nice and have patience. I order pizzas with a lot of toppings.It's easier to eat if they get square cut this was explained to them. I do take advantage of a free pizza now and then if they screwed up but not always and that is not my intent for the complaints. I honestly like the pizza when they get it right and I just want them to improve their service. I'm very close to never ordering anything from them again.. I was told to call and talk to a manager about a credit for free pizza called and was told that that manager wouldn't be in until 4 o'clock.It's lunch time.I wanted my pizza now. Just some of the things that make it very hard to keep doing business with domino's jerseyville. I hate calling in complaints but you should get what you ordered and paid for, hopefully they improve.
