I love this place and especially the Hans Vanilla Latte iced with oat milk. Germania make their vanilla from scratch therefore no caramel color and I can enjoy a flavored coffee which is a treat for me. We've played cards there and also had book club their drinks. The energy bites are a big hit too. I highly recommend getting your next coffee at Germania 😋

If you're going to have booze, but not serve it, it's worse than not having it at all. The Germanic people have been brewing beer far longer than coffee. And I have no desire for hot bean water.

Otherwise perfectly lovely. Well appointed. Nice atmosphere. Just a bit of a rug pull on drinks I'd actually consume.

This Germania Brew Haus in Jerseyville is #4 in the growing popularity of this coffeehouse. It's located at the far-end of town on the main drag. Parking is fairly easy, but if you prefer drive-thru, they've got that too.

I like the inside, it is spacious and welcoming. It's big enough that several groups could be conversing and not disturb each other. There's even a counter if you want privacy to work on your laptop.

The staff is super friendly and made me feel welcomed. I liked the team work. I ordered, one took my monies and as she handed me my change, the other was placing my Iced Vanilla Haus Latte on the counter. That was some Speedy Gonzales service.

When I am in J-ville, GBH is my stop for java.

Black ice coffee with an extra shot, ice tea is darker and stronger than this.

I have never been here before, but I had been wanting to try it. I ordered a Decaf Iced Cookie Butter Latte with almond milk. It was absolutely amazing. This is a spot I will come to again.

Atmosphere is great, don’t get me wrong.
But, we felt very deceived here. We understand our coffee and ordered a latte. Which is milk and espresso. When we got our order it was so weak so we kindly asked for another shot. They told us they use cold brew for their lattes unless asked otherwise… we were so caught off guard. That is not a latte, and we paid for it. They use cold brew because it’s cheaper, but that should be stated on their menu. If I wanted cold brew, I’d get that and it would be half the price. You just can’t lie like that to people. Other than that, it’s an okay place.

This place is amazing! Great atmosphere& love the layout. The large open seating it is perfect to have a conversation with your party and not be disturbed by other customers. Outside seating is offered & everything is nice & clean. We will be back! Also love the holiday decor. Coffee is delicious always has different menu items that are uniquely crafted & taste great. Highly recommend ?
