Wow stopped in at 11:30 on Saturday. Three people working. One customer in the drive thru and we were the only ones in the lobby. 2 of the employees could see us and one walked past to hand out the one customers order. We waited at least 5 minutes with out being acknowledged or waited on and then left and went to a restaurant across the street

Manager had an attitude. The last 2 times my order was shorted, I called in and supposedly I was going to be taken care of. She said I didn't have an approval code. So I was out of luck. Overpriced.

No sauce that was requested on mobile order and then again at drive thru speaker. Biscuit was hard as a rock. This was my 3rd or 4th time trying since it opened. Never again. It’s too expensive for poor quality and horrible service. Sinclair’s chicken tastes better and Medfords always fresh fast and employees there are friendly and competent.
