Manager had an attitude. The last 2 times my order was shorted, I called in and supposedly I was going to be taken care of. She said I didn't have an approval code. So I was out of luck. Overpriced.

No sauce that was requested on mobile order and then again at drive thru speaker. Biscuit was hard as a rock. This was my 3rd or 4th time trying since it opened. Never again. It’s too expensive for poor quality and horrible service. Sinclair’s chicken tastes better and Medfords always fresh fast and employees there are friendly and competent.

Was not happy at all. Went through the drive through and had to wait 25 minutes for the food. We ordered two three pice meals white meat. After waiting we got our meals my wife received two thighs and a chicken leg with corn there was no mashed potatoes and gravy. I received one chicken breast, one thigh and a leg with no mashed potatoes and gravy the food was cold so we know it was made. Very disappointed for the price I would not recommend this store.

Been choosing this establishment since its opening weekend. Of course it has its mishaps sometimes. Not enough chicken for my large order, or the most recent experience was not only the previous mentioned but they were out of the sides I originally wanted. How ever, every time I was contacted by a crew member to see how they can accommodate my needs. Always prompt with their communication and accommodation.

Why is it ever time we come to KFC we half to wait 30 for a potpie to be cooked at this Jerseyville location but here 2 girls are out here smoking when this should of been cooked and ready. It’s 6:13pm
It’s 8:30 pm and the are closed and sign says open til 10

They were training a new person so it took a little while but that's understandable. The food wasn't good at all, it was so bland and the chicken had a different taste all together...the biscuits were very dry. I was very disappointed...my sister's were in from out of town and spent over 45 dollars, I was so embarrassed. Never again.

Ordered 2 three piece meals for dine in. I waited almost 45 minutes to get the food. No they were not cooking it. The chicken was soggy. Highly disappointed . This was my third time trying this store in hope that it would get better. The employees seemed to be overwhelmed. They were doing fine in, drive thru and filling orders on line. I could hear them talking and they were so unhappy and dissatisfied with the working conditions and they were working while they were talking. This was my last visit to this restaurant. I doubt that they will be able to stay open.

Tried this store 3 times. 1st time was a long wait but good food. Not surprising for being freshly opened. 2nd time was disastrous and we didn't check the food. 3rd time I recently saw the "under new management" sign so we decided to try. 30 minute wait and the food was old and soggy.
Don't bother going and I don't forsee this particular KFC staying afloat for very long.
