Waited in drive thru for over 30 minutes. We ordered on the app. They still got our orders wrong. I had to go inside to get a new sandwich made which took 15 minutes.

ordered curbside. after 15 minutes of waiting for my food, i went inside and had to wait another like 10 minutes for someone to just come to the counter. took about 30 minutes for my food while car after car would go through the drive through.

Whhhhyyy do we keep giving them chances? Tonight we waited for approx 30 mins in the drive-thru. My daughter 6pc kids meal had a 6pc box but contained 4 nuggets. We didn’t receive the 2 apple pies we paid. I asked for the new Buffalo ranch sauce and they gave me a ranch and a Buffalo sauce. 😂🤦🏼♀️. I can’t blame anyone but myself. I always think “it will be better next time.”

The inside of the restaurant is a joke. McDonald’s used to be a place to take your kids out for a quick treat. Well this location is cold and boring with absolutely nothing for kids. The tables and decor feels like a cheap doctors office. There is almost no front counter. It’s like they don’t want you to come inside at all. Can’t even get your own drinks anymore. I definitely will not be back. I’ll take the kids to Burger King.

I only ordered two cheeseburgers with no ketchup only. When the girl gave me my food she said it just came off grill and was hot. She lied. After I left there I got one out and it was cold not to mention it only had mustard and nothing else. I wanted the rest just no ketchup. I can deal with alot but not liars. I don't ever go there but I was exhausted after work and they weren't busy so I figured it would be quicker than going home and cooking. It wasn't what I ordered and it was cold. Had I not been so exhausted I would've went back and got my money back cause it wasn't fit to eat so in the trash it went. Seriously it's not that hard to take an order like that and don't lie to people either. Pathetic. Definitely will not be returning and regret the stupid decision to stop by to begin with. Check your orders before you leave and never believe what crap they tell you

Awful awful, went in at 745pm tonight and people are screaming in the back, i watched 3 people come back in with food bags because their order wasn't correct, im amazed this place is still open, wont be coming back

Absolutely awful! You will wait a minimum of 20 minutes here even if you order online. Then all your food will be cold when you receive it. I dont believe they have more than one person working at the store at any given time. May be more than 1 employed but management needs to step up for sure!

I stopped at this McDonald's yesterday and I actually got hot French Fries and I stopped there today and my fries were almost cold and the hamburger wasn't even warm with every little ketchup and no onions on it. I went into the establishment today as to yesterday I went through the drive thru
