The two times in the past few months I have gone both times the girls at speaker were rude and rushed me. Got to window and she didn’t even get my order right and missed a drink. I never ever have thus issue at godfrey location those girls are great ! Jerseyville needs to be like them!

Cappuccino tasted like water, was not hot. Bacon burrito wasn't good, bacon tasted strong. Pricey!
I went there the other day and the person in the window put me on the spot by asking if I wanted to add a tip. they aren’t waiters/waitresses. They get paid a good wage. Tip culture has gotten out of control.

This is my go-to place for coffee. A million times better than Starbucks. Their service is always on point. My drink is never wrong. They are always fast. The employees are super nice. Also, their free drinks are good for a year & your birthday drink is good for a month. Way better than Starbucks making you use it only on your actual birthday. I love there coffee get it everyday almost. But lately they are slacking big time. With listening and getting orders incorrect and I get the same thing every time and the amount they charge me is different everytime too. Than told I asked for a Water which I have before and they wanna charge me a dollar for water and I didn’t know she charged me for a water til after she scanned my phone or I would have said never mind. And what’s crazy is I’m pretty sure the lady we have an issue with the most with all of this is the manager there shorter and most oldest girl I’ve seen working there. Not to mention she seems very snooty. Germania coffee might be getting me and my families business now.
