We had been here for a Christmas luncheon last year, & the food was excellent—fried chicken, pork tenderloin, etc. This time (1 week ago), not so much. We ordered the fried chicken which was dismal at best. It had no flavor, & there was NO crispy crust. I got the thigh & drumstick—the thigh was just fried, nothing special, & the drumstick was the smallest one I’d ever seen, like the leg from a Cornish hen. VERY disappointing. No need to go back.
I needed a Lemon meringue pie for a momma who lost her daughter. Big corporate companies didn't care I needed one asap. Andresens is making it for me. I can't say Thank you enough. You saved the day and hopefully will give momma a few moments of comfort during this difficult time. again thank you for being amazing awesome people.
We usually have great service but today we waited 18 minutes after getting drinks to place our order. We walked out. We were completely ignored by our server. Yes, it was busy but was clearing out. I watched our server wait on 2 other tables and bag food to go. Her vision never went beyond the tables in front of the counter. Very dissatisfied.
