Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I ordered 3 banana splits online get there to pick them up and they tell me they don't have bananas so what would I like in place of bananas. I said I'd rather have something else a banana split isn't a banana split without the banana. So they were not happy it was obvious. I watched them make my brownie heathbar ice cream thru the drive thru window. No one was wearing gloves. They shoved the brownie in the cup bare hands countinesly wiping there hand on the sweat pants in-between making it, rubbing there hands together to get the sticky off from the chocolate. Needless to say my stomach turned and I paid 25 bucks for ice cream that was thrown out. I normally dont complain but I saved that money as a treat I can't afford to do very often. I'm very disappointed and disgusted. Hopefully in writing this I'll save another family from wasting money and disappointing there children. Washing hands and wearing gloves is important when work with food. Also a little politeness goes a long way.

The food was good, the service was a bit slow, but they are awesome at the drive-thru, lol! Great sense of humor and always smiling.

Chocolate and hot fudge sundaes were good. Pineapple sundae was disappointing. The fruit tasted like it was partly spoiled or rancid. Better check it out.

My order was not the way I ordered it.Last couple times I took son there order was wrong.My Hot dogs was cold very disappointed.Fish sandwich was on point!Ordered on app customized few things they had 15 minutes from times I ordered they were wrong My son loves DQ.I am starting to draft away

I ordered a new brownie caramel chocolate smash and a hot fudge sundae and the girl was pretty rude by not listening to me ? gave me my order and slammed the window without giving me a napkin and even though I set there a couple more minutes she never even responded

Just went through the drive-thru and had the worst customer service interaction. The kid that took the order said "can I take your order?" and then once the order was placed, he said "okay." Then after that, he never spoke again. Once we drove to the window, this kid never even looked my direction at all. After a few minutes he walked over and passed the food out the window, without saying a word, and then just walked off. The look on his face was definitely not welcoming. Then of course, we get home to find that the order was wrong. I won't be back. Note to management: I didn't catch the kids name, but the long haired kid, wearing the sock hat is costing you some business.
