Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I like dairy Queen but won't go inside its set up weird. Drive thru always drive thru but either way you will have to wait 10 minutes.

Haven't eaten dairy queen in years, stopped in Illinois traveling home and decided to give it a try again, absolutely delicious. Love the old fashion sundaes.

The burgers were OK, just did not taste as flavorful as other dairy Queens I've been at. The service was the slowest of any dairy Queen I've ever been at. I was genuinely surprised. Maybe I hit them at a really bad time. A friend of mine says they are usually not that slow for her so this is just one experience.

Went through drive thru today and my mother ordered a chocolate brownie blizzard with no chocolate pieces. The guy asked her, what do you not want? It's all chocolate. It's chocolate brownie, fudge and chocolate pieces...he told 7s next time you order says no chocolate chunks...ok...isn't pieces the same thing? Disnt say no brownie and didnt say no fudge...we get up to the window and asked the big guy if he took our order. He said yes, and I asked him to please speak better to others. He said thats how I talk...I said you clearly had an attitude about it and he shut the window on us. Then he gave the blizzard and I told him he didnt turn it..he said yes I did, you just weren't looking...I said I coukdnt with the window shut....anyhow! He was rude and unpleasant

Every time me and/or my husband try to eat here the food is never right. The pretzel sticks are never cooked right, always over cooked and hard. The burgers never have what they are supposed to on them and cold. We went to ask them to remake it and they made us stand in line with no one in fount of us for over 10 minutes. We will not be back because this isn’t the first time! VERY disappointed in this location do better, I’ve worked in fast food it’s not that hard to make someone’s food right and fresh!

I couldn't find the door to eat inside. It was complicated! I walked halfway around the building and gave up because I was embarrassed.
The food was hot and fresh, though, and they didn't chinz on the blizzard ingredients. Overall, I would recommend it.

I’ve never had a bad experience. But I’m leaving a review because I witnessed one of your employees go out of his way to bring food to an employee at another establishment here in town as a thank you. He had made the promise days before and kept true to his word. What an amazing young man! If I knew his name I would give him credit. A restaurant or any establishment can only live up to the standards of the employees. And so I give 5 stars for a great staff at DQ!
