I’ve never had a bad experience. But I’m leaving a review because I witnessed one of your employees go out of his way to bring food to an employee at another establishment here in town as a thank you. He had made the promise days before and kept true to his word. What an amazing young man! If I knew his name I would give him credit. A restaurant or any establishment can only live up to the standards of the employees. And so I give 5 stars for a great staff at DQ!
We went to the drive up. We checked our order and were happy to see that all of the proper packages were in the bags. We got a good laugh when we were on the interstate and found out that the incompetent fools didn't put any meat on our cheeseburger. Check your order very carefully!

The food was hot and fresh, though, and they didn't chinz on the blizzard ingredients. Overall, I would recommend it.
