I seriously have never been to a McDonalds and had good customer service, as well as hot food. In fact, we stopped going to the McDonalds by our house. We were traveling from Florida to Chicago and needed something quick for 4 hungry kids. We stopped at the Johnston City McDonalds. All of the food was fresh, HOT, and the order was correct. The customer service was top tier. Most of the staff were pretty young and they gave us the best customer service we have had in a long time. From the drive through, to the cashier, to the person who brought out our food. Just courteous, respectful. Amazing service. I had to take the time to give them positive feedback because it is has to come across in this day and time and T hey deserve to be recognized for the outstanding job.

Decent food. The service was poor. They forgot our order. They were very apologetic about it though. I will give them another shot.
They food was basic fast food. They got the order wrong and it was cold. The fries were the worst I have ever had. The people were nice enough. The inside was dirty.

Always check your order, if you add something or take something off a sandwich. Had to return twice for them to get it right. It should not be like this. The cooks back there, need to learn to read the orders right!
