Always check your order, if you add something or take something off a sandwich. Had to return twice for them to get it right. It should not be like this. The cooks back there, need to learn to read the orders right!

Burger was probably from yesterday lol. A mouthful of flour is probably more moist. Sucks when you get back on the road and this is what you find..
It used to always be super great, but now seems to have issues and missing food everytime I go. Most of the staff are super nice, lately not so much unfortunately. I hope it gets better.

When i was ordering at the speaker and i believe she’s a manager her name is Heather but i asked her to put a large coke on the order while i was still at the speaker she hadn’t even told me my total yet and she told me i would have to put it on at the first window… i work in fast food i know it doesn’t take long at all to click on the order while im still at speaker and put it on there… then i also got to window got my drinks and then didn’t even get all the food i ordered and had to come back and she was even being rude to her own employees because the promo wasn’t connecting. I have also heard on multiple occasions that she has been extremely rude to other people in the drive thru.. Something needs to be done about this… Thank you!
