This place js consistently bad I have come here several times recently the past 2 times I've come here I ordered a big mac light lettuce the first time I was given plain ok I understand that maybe it was the wrong order and the next day I order the same thing I was given a burger with 1 cheese 3 strands of lettuce no Mac sauce and 1 pickle and the cheese and pickle were falling out of the burger this is genuinely the worst experience I've ever had at a McDonald's.

Waited for 20 min for my curbside pickup of a cheeseburger very disappointed in this McDonald's the staff apparently dont know what they are doing this is one of the shittier managed stores in the area

Took forever to even get my drink, had to pull forward and when I got my drink my monopoly piece was already pulled off, they just slapped a sticker over it thinking I wouldn't notice. This is by far the worst McDonald's I've ever been to in my life. Everytime I stop here the food is disgusting and I have to pull forward for small things. While 4 to 5 cars go around me.

I placed a mobile order and it took the payment And told me to go to Johnston City so I did. What I got up to the first window in drive-thru she was struggling to find my order which I understand. However, the manager on duty came up and was very rude to both me and her. This happened about 5 minutes ago. At first the manager tried to say I would have to pay for the order again and replace my order but eventually ended up just making my order that I already paid for.

It was a very long line this morning but they made it through pretty quickly and when I received my food everything was well done to perfection they did a wonderful job! Nothing was under cooked.
If you want wait 35 minutes in a 4 car line for a double cheese burger and 4 nuggets come here. The night shift does wonders too, they can take you order and move you forward for a 30 wait. Hop you got YouTube. You aren’t about to eat anytime soon: just skip town. Go to Marion or west Frankfort. Proper service.

Worst McDonald's. I thought some of the others was worse but the JC one has changed my mind. Every single time (and I went at least once a week) they mess up on something, so I hold my temper and just over look it as a simple mistake...but not any more. A couple times I can possibly understand....but not every time. Usually it is an item made wrong, this time they didn't even bother putting it in my bag...why? Just why cant they get anything correct?
