Came here yet again to spend 50 bucks and it seems like the staff needs a class in human interaction. Absolutely no personality or energy which is not the greatest way to start a morning. 7-Eleven is legitimately right next door and much cheaper!

Will not go again! I ordered a scoop of rainbow sherbet in a cup and later on found a white hair in my mouth (UNFORTUNATELY 🤢). Im honestly disgusted of how dirty this place is, enough to have hair in your food!!!

The lady was rude when I came to pick up my order at the drive thru window. Told me she has "no order for pickup". Lol I paid and had my reciept on my phone. Finally got the ice-cream. But plain rude.

If I could leave zero stars I would. We went in for ice cream and waited there for over 5 min without any acknowledgement at all. The girls both looked right at us and said nothing just kept working the drive thru. We should have listened to the 2.9 google review and skipped this place all together.

The service here sucks. The girls in the afternoon talk smack about the customers right in front of their faces. I couldn't believe that. I went inside once and heard them being very rude toward the customer in the drive thru. The next day, I went through the drive thru and they started mocking me with the drive thru window open. I just placed my order. I didn't give attitude or do anything that warranted such despicable service. I never went back after that. I waited over ten minutes to get a sandwich that I ordered online ten minutes before arriving. There was no line and no reason it should have taken 20 minutes for one sandwich. They were truly awful employees.
