Why are the donuts soggy? I used to work at Dunkin and at 8/9 am the donuts still tasted fresh. These tasted wet and old. When a kid don't want them you know it's bad. And the breakfast sandwich... awful! Won't be back.

The speed is on point which rocks cuz I'm usually running late with 3 kids.
Kid-friendliness: Never have to worry about getting the wrong number of munchkins! You know what I'm talking about if you have kids and they think they are getting a certain amount and less comes. 🤯

The Shrimp Alfredo is always out of season at this location and the floors always seem to be wet when I walk in here. Also the lady at the register went to the bagno ? at least three times.

Honestly, I'm pretty much a regular here & the only time my coffee is made wrong is when there's new employees and they don't know how to properly store the order the way it was given thru the speaker. Otherwise staff is friendly. They never pickup the phone or return calls therfore my coffee orders don't get replaced until I drive back up there and at that point it leaves me an unsatisfied customer going back and forth.
Great customer service, clean, friendly and convenient. Love the mini boxes of munchkins. SF French Vanilla iced coffee is on point here. Delicious!!
