I dont know what happened to this place. 1st trying to order dunkin midnight ground blend for home use, and the are out. This has happened on a number of occasions. I even asked when shipments arrive so this should not be a problem, but that hasnt seemed to work. Shippments arrive on Tues. and Fri., ordered midnight blend last Tues., via app, and guess what?? We are out!!! Now I am having a problem getting the cup of coffee I order via the mobile app. I order the same thing everytime. 1 xl midnight with sugar and 2 shots of espresso. Sat. I received a regular roast with sugar (no espresso even though I am charged $1.67 per shot).. Yesterday I received a cup with no sugar. Today I received a cup with no espresso. The coffee is so hot when receiving it, that you cant taste until you drive away. Now onto the donut issue. It appears that long johns are temp. unavaileable. What is temporary, its been like that for 4 weeks. I am a regular at this spot, so much so that when I get to the drive thru they greet me by name, and tell me to pull around. I like this place and would like to continue purchasing here, but if they screw up one more time, Starbucks it is.

2;15 PM on Friday 3/14/25. The woman charged me 2 dollars extra for the same order of 2 sandwiches I've been buying for years and could not give me a reason why, as and even forgot to add the requested item on each sandwich.

Night staff is horrible. Hispanic girl has attitude problem, instead of helping she asks “What do you want” Drink was so strong and bitter. Had ear bud in and was on a call while taking my order which is why she was annoyed with me ordering. Never going there again!
Hash browns were barely warm and old. Sandwich was also not hot and not on a bagel as listed on the menu. Coffee was very good.

This place has some serious managerial problems. Twice, they gave me the wrong order. Then today, they would only take cash and app payments. People use credit and debit cards. If you can't accept them, close down until you can.

The lady that took my order via drive thru on 08/31/24 demonstrated a poor level of customer service. She cursed out loud when I stated she got my order wrong. She was adamant she heard me say 4 medium ice coffees when I clearly stated 4 medium regular coffees with cream and sugar. Still takes out the correct order to my car with a poor attitude. Beware of this location!!

It was located right next to the hotel we were at. Operating hours 6am-12am 7 days a week. 6:05 we try entering the door and it's locked. Try another door and are rudely told that they're closed. Very disappointed.
