Not recommended. They don't get the orders right. Coffee that supposed to have hazelnut in it tastes like a regular coffee, Iced Tea Lemonade doesn't taste like an Iced Tea Lemonade, just a black iced tea that should've been green tea lemonade. Sandwich orders are wrong too. Do not order from this Dunkin.

The lady/girl working there right now has a very nasty and rude attitude. If she doesn't like customer service she should work another job but its a displeasure for people who are simply going there for an evening drink or snack to have to deal with that behavior. Looking at the other comments now I see that this might be one of the worst DD locations in the area and there seems to be other complains about this same girl working evenings and taking her personal issues out on customers.

The employees are mad, and release there anger on the customer. I don’t know who there manager is, but it is obvious that’s who is too blame. I will never come back here. Last time I ordered something from here the server had a horrible attitude. The drink that I ordered from them ended up tasting weird as if someone spat in it. I’m so angry at this place and It would be best for it to be shut down.

We arrived at 9:45pm to get some ice cream. Worker said the lobby was closing soon. Which I totally understand. Got our stuff and was told the lobby is like closed now, which was 9:50pm. I told her we had one coming went outside to get him and the “not so nice worker” locked the door behind us.. very rude employees.
Everytime I go to this location the two girls working evening shift are always so nice and help me out as best they can. I see all these negative reviews and half the time us as customers don’t realize we order things wrong and then get mad when it’s not the correct order. I’ve seen this happen in front of me, which is not the workers fault at that point, it’s your own for not knowing how to order what you want. I think we as customers need to take more accountability because “WE” aren’t always right. Keep doing what you’re doing girls, people arent easy to deal with!

Pffft no words .I really don’t like the lady working today June 9 550pm drive thru. She’s very disrespectful and needs to be humbled. If I ordered a coffee and said ONLY 4 sugar then I clearly don’t have to say no cream because I said only 4 sugar. Either way I wasn’t mad about it she was. Then has the nerve to yell they should’ve said no cream. Don’t work if you don’t like your job. All of my neighbos we live the block over and don’t even go to this dunkin. Garbage service. Do better.
