If I could give this establishment 0 stars I would !!! For starters they got our order completely wrong it’s over priced for the quality you receive and when I called back to express my disappointment the lady was very rude who answered and said she didn’t know why I was calling bc at most all I would get is credit for the missing items and only for that location extremely disappointed with this restaurant terrible food and service I would not recommend to anyone don’t waste your time or money going here !!

This is Really? DURBINS!? What! No way! I don’t believe how nasty the food was that this is DURBINS! I’ve never been to the location in justice only the original Durbins, but I will never go back. I hate wasting my money! I got pizza slice and it was so old, like it was left out overnight. It was so disgusting, never again!!!!! Management needs to tell the employees to have a certain time limit on it, the pizza was probably from lunchtime. It was so disgusting!!!!!

I called an order In for an 18 inch but got a 16 inch all sausage half pepperoni half green pepper but I got the all sausage but the pepperoni on the green peppers. Plus the crust was bitter. This is the 2nd time Durbins has messed up my order. I think I will just stay with ordering from pizza castle. At least they don't mess up my order

Order a pizza It had very little sauce very dry. The crust is terrible. I don't know what you have done but the pizza use to be very good about 4 years ago in Hickory Hills. Now it sucks.

Our family loves Durbins we've been to all locations and this was by far the worst experience we had. Our chicken had nearly to no seasoning half of it was overcooked and the rest was undercooked. Our boneless wings breading was just falling off the chicken and soggy. Fries looked over cooked but we're soggy and tasted like beer. We definitely wouldn't go back to this location.

I’m very disappointed with the pizza and service. On Sat. 2/15 I walked in Durbins and placed an order for 5 jumbo pizzas for a delivery time of 845pn-9pm . I was called at 8pm and asked if it’s ok for my pizzas to be delivered because they were ready. I explained to to the them I requested a delivery of 8:45-9pm. That means my pizzas will be sitting there for 44mins. That makes no sense that they would make them early. At 830pm they delivered the pizzas and they were NOT good at all. When we called to complain they sent over 3 warm pizzas at no charge and agreed to reimburse us got the other pizzas. On Wednesday, there was only a partial refund and when I called and spoke with Rachel she said there was no manager on site and someone will call me today Thursday 2/20 in the morning. As of now, no one from Durbins called but finally did her a full refund. Unfortunately, my guest ate cold pizza. Not a good experience and will not order from them ever again.- Lisa

Was my first time ordering from here and unfortunately will be my last! The corn beef was dry and very tough. Could hardly chew it. . It was only bread and corn beef no cheese. The meatball sub was very dry hardly any sauce and no cheese. The meatballs look gray. I should have read the reviews before I went there instead of relying on the pictures on the website I don’t understand how businesses can serve the food they serve. If you’re not busy And you’re still in business, your food should still be up to standards!

Not sure how this place can be so drastically different than the other locations of Durbins. The front of house employee was so rude. She messed up my order for pizza bread with olives. I came to pick it up and saw the recipt. When I pointedout hrt mistake she said I was wrong but she would check. I was not wrong. She overcharged me and put sausage on it claiming it was sauce. Saus and sauce are different. I told her it was an allergy to meat and she still swore it was just sauce. I don't know if she thought it was a fake allergy or not, but i have Alph Gal syndrome. It is real. I get home with the food take a bite. Thankfully I noticed before swollowing and called back. I live close by and asked for it to be delivered and she tried to charge me for it. I'm very disappointed in the service, the food, and the over all experience. I guess the empty parking lot should have meant something. I have been a patron of the other locations for years. Sad this location has to tarnish the name.
