Durbins of Justice NOW OPEN!!

Not sure how this place can be so drastically different than the other locations of Durbins. The front of house employee was so rude. She messed up my order for pizza bread with olives. I came to pick it up and saw the recipt. When I pointedout hrt mistake she said I was wrong but she would check. I was not wrong. She overcharged me and put sausage on it claiming it was sauce. Saus and sauce are different. I told her it was an allergy to meat and she still swore it was just sauce. I don't know if she thought it was a fake allergy or not, but i have Alph Gal syndrome. It is real. I get home with the food take a bite. Thankfully I noticed before swollowing and called back. I live close by and asked for it to be delivered and she tried to charge me for it. I'm very disappointed in the service, the food, and the over all experience. I guess the empty parking lot should have meant something. I have been a patron of the other locations for years. Sad this location has to tarnish the name.

Ordered the fried chicken dinner. Worst chicken ever. It was tasteless, not sure of coating but unlike any fried chicken I have ever had. What a waste of money.

You need to get a new cook! When you first opened the pizza and food was excellent. Then, the pizza got disappointing. The last four times I tried to give you another chance and still the same! Every time I pass your restaurant it is literally empty. Management needs to wake up and do something. Justice has been waiting for a great food place. You need to think about what’s happening and change before you go under. Try a Fasano’s pizza!

Hey, I'm really disappointed with this place. I love the other locations, but this one is terrible. Maybe it's because it's new, but wow. I gave them a second chance, but there won't be a third.

7/15/24 I ordered dinner in for my child partner and me. The food is always ready fast and usually a great experience, today unfortunately the customer service and food quality was not there! To start the combo platter came extremely over cooked the mozzarella sticks did not even have a stretch of cheese AT ALL! The onion rings were also rock hard. The skins and wings werent as good as usual but they didn’t completely miss the mark like the other items. When my husband picked it up it was missing an entire entree. The girl proceeded to tell my partner that they didn’t have the potato and my partner said a refund or to do a side salad and whatever pasta was fine. The girl misunderstood I think or he did which I was fine with. Ive worked all customer service fields and absolutely get stuff happens. I proceeded to explain that it was a pasta for my daughter and that I really needed the main item or a refund; regardless of the sides not being available I wanted. I don’t know what the girls issue was but it’s 5:30 on a Monday and now I’ll be having to cook so my daughter doesn’t watch us and not have a meal, meanwhile mine will be cold by the time I can eat. She clapped back very rudely that they couldn’t do anything and that it shouldn’t have been on the menu. Said I didn’t answer my phone number I listed, which also is untrue I checked my call log. Then said I would not get a refund today cash, even though I paid cash! Said it will be credited to my account in a few days(mind you I ordered online WITH CASH) and that the cook refuses to even make a mostacolli and side salad! If you don’t have things in store a manager should politely explain that, explain to his cook that we didn’t mind waiting for it but not just leave the situation completely unhandled. Terrible service and not the best quality food I’ve had from them!! I’d say pretty much a waste of my $20.00 worth of items. Full order was $42.00.

Terrible food cold as hell taste like a frozen pizza for what I spent on it I'd rather go to little ceasers there pizza is better and this is the second time I came there the first time was when they opened and it was the same way the second time I thought it would be better and work out the kinks but nope still horrible. This location needs to figure it out the one in burbank is the best won't come back to te justice one ever again. Plus the cheese sticks were over cooked and had no cheese in them.

Change your food prices every 2 min. People working there have no idea what they are doing. The manager is never there. When you try to call ahead they put you on hold and forget about you. Took them 30 minutes to pack up 1 slice of pizza to go even though it was called ahead of time. Save your. Money and especially time and go somewhere else

I told the guy on the phone when I ordered I was looking for some good lasagna and was assured I was going to get some good lasagna...he lied. I asked the young lady why the bottom was so cold; which she suggested cuz it was sitting there waiting for me...another lie. I picked it up within 15 min of me ordering it and when i got home stuck my finger in the middle of the noodles and it was ice cold. I had to throw it in the microwave. If i wanted a microwaved dinner i could have made my own. All it was was noodles with cheese ans sauce. Very disappointed.

what an enjoyable and entertaining time spent with my family. the food was pretty darn good too. we ordered a few drinks, appetizers and pizza. the only thing i wasn’t happy about was the charge for pop when it was suppose to be free with a jumbo pizza. granted, i asked for a pitcher of pop and not the liter BUT, this is where GREAT customer service should come in and make the adjustment!!!
