I told the guy on the phone when I ordered I was looking for some good lasagna and was assured I was going to get some good lasagna...he lied. I asked the young lady why the bottom was so cold; which she suggested cuz it was sitting there waiting for me...another lie. I picked it up within 15 min of me ordering it and when i got home stuck my finger in the middle of the noodles and it was ice cold. I had to throw it in the microwave. If i wanted a microwaved dinner i could have made my own. All it was was noodles with cheese ans sauce. Very disappointed.

I have ordered from the Justice location 2x for pick up orders. Both times upon arriving 20-30 minutes after pick up time stated, the orders were not ready. I was told I needed to wait as they were just put in the oven. I was told a manager would contact me and provide a refund/partial refund due to the time wait. Today when I went to pick up I asked for the food to be delivered then since I could not stay there and wait and again was 22 minutes AFTER they stated it would be ready. The service here is awful. I'm better off driving to Burbank even though farther for pick up.

what an enjoyable and entertaining time spent with my family. the food was pretty darn good too. we ordered a few drinks, appetizers and pizza. the only thing i wasn’t happy about was the charge for pop when it was suppose to be free with a jumbo pizza. granted, i asked for a pitcher of pop and not the liter BUT, this is where GREAT customer service should come in and make the adjustment!!!
The newly opened Durbins of Justice brings the familiar, delicious taste of their renowned pizza right to our doorstep. The pizza was as good as ever, mirroring the quality we've come to expect from other Durbins locations, but with the added convenience of being next door. It's fantastic to have such a reliable option for great food so close by. A welcome addition to the neighborhood!

Stopped by late night. Paid for a slice of pizza, drink and fries. Received no fries. Didn’t think to double check seeing I only ordered 3 items. Pizza was ok.
worst pizza ever. $0.99 box frozen have more flavor. 12/9/24 at 9:30 pm ordered a pizza for p/u. No one was in the place. Young adults(?) working in the restaurant. This pizza is the worst I have ever tasted. Ordered thin crust, family, sausage, mushrooms and onions. Received over done crust that was like salteine cracker without the salt. Cracked and broke when holding it. Sausage was still very pink. I know it is weird to say but the sauce was even dry tasting. We were told to get in touch with the owner per the web site. LOL there is no way to contact the owners. So I am composing a yelp review for all to see. Durbin usually has a decent pizza but the new location in Justice IL., is terrible.I will continue to drive 30 minutes into Lyons Il., to pickup a real good pizza at WaterWorks. It's a shame because this Durbins in 4-5 minutes away from my home.

I had high hopes for this pizza. I had not had Durbins in quite a while so I eager to have an outlet close to home. Pizza was undercooked, asked for well done. We were ordering online and could not figure what size to get. Ordered a family size figuring it would be big enough, wrong. 16" is not a family size pizza. I'll be going elsewhere for my pizza in the future. Was also supposed to get soda with order, but not a big deal.

I’m glad they finally have lids for the to-go cups!! Such an inconvenience. My biggest issue is the PIZZA THAT SITS OUT ON THE COUNTER, WITH NO COVER ON IT. I cannot understand how they think that’s okay. The pizza slices literally sits on the counter, under a light…for HOURSSS!!! Pizza is so DRY and OLD! I was told the department approved for it to sit out for 4 hours (I will be confirming this). I would hope food that was cooked 4 hours prior wouldn’t be sold to someone. Especially if it’s sitting out on the counter UNCOVERED. Insane. I asked if I could leave a suggestion and was told NO. Was told that the store manager will be guaranteed to NOT give a damn!! He wouldn’t think twice about changing anything. Insane to me.**UPDATE**Thank you for responding to me…and in a professional manner. I do agree the pizza is good. I just hate the fact that it sits out with no cover for hours like that. The pizza I had the other day was beyond dry and didn’t taste home made. More like a frozen one. Everyone can’t be pleased and I understand this. Your place is nice and clean, staff great…so this won’t stop me from being a customer. I’ll just look over the pizza the next time :)

First time at this location. Got a Pizza. Sauce was bland, crust was like a cracker. Not the durbin's pizza that I am used to. Not sure if I'll go back or not.After they responded I went back, but was still disappointed. Sauce and crust were bland. It used to be so good. They did load up the toppings and with red pepper flakes and parmesan cheese it did taste better.Sadly, for the price I'll go elsewhere.
