Called to make sure they’d do a Mickey Mouse pancake due to wanting to try a new place and kids insisting on wanting the Mickey Mouse pancakes specifically.

Woman who answered the phone decides to get technical on me to explain what a Mickey Mouse pancake is.
Ofcourse I know what a Mickey Mouse pancake is. Yet she can’t tell me a simple YES OR NO ANSWER
INSTEAD GIVES AN ATTITUDE

IM ALREADY DEALING WITH ANNOYED KIDS NOW I HAVE TO DEAL WITH A GROWN WOMAN ANNOYED OF A SIMPLE YES OR NO QUESTION.

Sooo no new restaurant for us.

Nice homey place. Clean. The food was okay. Like home cooking. The eggs were perfect over medium, bacon was overdone, and the toast was weird, like they used margarine instead of butter. Overall, I'd go back if I was in the area. Good coffee.

Kid-friendliness: They immediately brought us a high chair without even asking. Super attentive and considerate of our baby.

My husband and I went here for breakfast a couple days ago. I will never go back. The server was taking orders and eating her own food standing at the front counter. The 2 servers were picking up food with bare hands after touching money, one was digging in her ear and whipping her nose. We asked the server for some napkins and she took the napkins off another table and said they didn't use them. It was so disgusting that we didn't eat the food and left.

Hash browns was like fried mashed potatoes, sausage gravy and biscuits, gravy like paste and couldn’t taste sausage it is very little, the biscuits was not done inside and cold. Had to ask for straws, and spoon to stir coffee along with a fork to eat with . Cold piece of sliced cheese thru on the husband omelet. From Ky , guess granny was on vacation. One girl waiting table while older women watching . Little team work may need to encourage that. Small little place and it was little warm inside. Not bad prices. Long wait on food.Portion good price fair.

They didn't have chicken fried chicken, how are y'all calling the food "country"?
The waitress was rude while taking the order, we sat at the counter. The country gravey was horrible, tasted like all flour and so flavor. The hash browns were dry and over cooked. Will never eat there again.

Not many places left like this mom and pop. Reminds me of home. Small town feel, local, country and southern.
