For all the slot places around; this one right here; this one right here..(lol)overall is doing it right vs 92% around, offer a great selection of complimentary snacks n soda, coffee ,water, ECT. For its players. They also have one of the best reward based systems around from most I've seen around. They also have a area to sit by the cocktail area; which I seen now offering happy hours. They also have other seats areas with comfortable couches, to truly relax. They also have a spot to play darts!! Overall kudos. Only construction criticism I can offer is to offer a better option on food to sell, I understand the deli option didn't work out after a while which is understandable, however I do have few low food cost budgeting options that would bring if good revenueif the owners would be open to hearing my recommendations. ;). Lucky Penny's is also always very clean with a great attentive staff. Highly recommend. Thanks for the great times!!

I enjoyed myself very well great customer service one of the workers (Gloria) made sure everything was running smoothly and checked in on me throughout my stay the food was okay and she played great music. I will be coming back I tipped very well loved the experience 5 stars

I gave the food one star because I didn't eat there to be honest but the lady that was working with super nice and she came by us quite a few times to see if we needed anything and see how we were doing. The atmosphere it is a unique gambling place for sure they have a bar area, a seating area, and a lounge area, plus a separate area for the gaming. It was really big and really nice. We had a good time there the only problem that we had which was immediately solved once we spoke to the lady working was that a man had his own speaker hooked up to his Bluetooth so he was blaring it really loud and at first we didn't mind because he was kind of playing oldies and stuff but as the night went on he started playing very raunchy music I asked him a few times to please change it or lower it and he ignored me so we did call the attendant that was working and she immediately took care of the issue. All around really like this place and definitely would go back to it
Parking: It's in a plaza so there is plenty of parking and it's right on the corner of the plaza so it's very convenient
Wheelchair accessibility: I feel the place is very big and very spacious it's definitely a wheelchair accessible. But I don't know about the bathrooms because I never went in there that night.

I love most of the staff! They are all super friendly, and helpful. They cheer you on and wish you luck! They make sure to get everyone's tempature, they sanitize between people on machine's, they all make sure you get your loyalty points. It's very relaxing, clean, and just all around good environment.
