Placed an online order for 2 FL not to long ago, order went through but customer cancelled my order, now I have to wait within a week for my refund. I called no answer at all so I decided to stop by since I was on my way home from work. Asked the customer why did he cancel the online order, at first he said it went though, then he said it was the machine so now I can’t re order really upset because I was using what I had left to feed myself. Poor customer service and it’s not even busy inside.

Foods good but why are your prices so much different than other subways. Your pricing is way more expensive. Check the Subway on 87th Street. Close to Central. You're charging 4 more dollars for a foot long BMT than they do. Pretty sure your meat is the same meat that they have. I can see if this location was like upper class in a rich neighborhood, but it's not. Unfortunately you lost my business.

This location does NOT accept Subway coupons. A metal cover now blocks your view of the meats and cheeses they are using to make your sandwich while they make your sandwich. Hmmm, why? I will start going to the Subway on 95th Street.

There losing money because of the overnight worker he has a lotta attitude very disgusting I came in he was already wearing the gloves while using his phone and he was mumbling some words in Indian about me, I asked him what he said it louder with no respect even though I didn’t understand what that meant, but his facial expression explained it
It's a good place because I always get almost everything I want. The only thing I don't like about Walmart is that the security people are always asking for a receipt and they look at you as if you were stealing something and that's uncomfortable and disrespectful to the customer.
