Worst restaurant experience in years. Counter lady was rude, basically tossed my change at me on the counter and when handed me my order she just had a grumpy face and did not say anything like 'have a nice day' or 'thank you come again'. Then when I got home found out she hadn't given me any Arby sauce. won't be going back to that location any time soon.

I always roll through this drive thru during a bi-weekly trip I make. I’ve been going here for about 4 years. I was very surprised by the great service I received the first time (truly, I just expect poor service at QSR) , which is why I kept going back. The team is always kind and pleasant. The food is always tasty There isn’t Arby’s where I live in Chicago, so I do appreciate my interactions here.

Ordered a double roast beef combo large and got charged for it and also ordered two regular roast beef’s with a small curly fries and I get three regular roast beef’s tired of going to these fast food places where people don’t care or don’t pay attention to details last time won’t be going back to this Arby’s

If you want sauce with something, don't bother ordering it because you won't get it. The last 3 times I've gone here, I have ordered sauce with my chicken. All 3 times, I have not received any sauce.

I ordered Fried Mac N Cheese bites and realized they were burnt. I showed them to the cashier telling her that they were overcooked and I know they are because I order them all the time. The cashier told me "I dropped them for 4 minutes and if I do it again it will come out the same way every time, sorry". At that point I realized she either knew they were burnt and didn't want to recook them again or she really thought they weren't burnt. So I decided to leave because I didn't want to argue over some Mac N Cheese bites. I just wanted to leave this review because I'm disappointed that she thinks they were cooked properly. I can't even bite into them, they're hard. Waste of money.
