Absolutely loved this place ppl were friendly alley is clean and all for a decent price drinks were good food is decent priced and arcade was definitely fun

Just what we were expecting, good food, service and a great time for our family. The building was clean and there is an arcade for the kids! Our family enjoyed it!

The bowling was good but the food was very disappointing. First off it took almost 50 minutes for them to complete the order, then when my girlfriend got there she had to wait another five minutes because they didn’t know what was on our order, and her “jumbo” sized hotdog was no bigger than what you buy at the store and it was cold.

Had an amazing time. Haven't bowled in years. Very family oriented ❤️

What a great place to spend some family time! The remodeling is a nice upgrade, too.

The young lady that runs the snack shop and the manager are the rudest people i have ever encountered working s retail business. There is absolutely no customer service from either one. The bartender Cindy is always nice, but the other 2 need to find a job where they do NOT work with the public

The pins are on strings now which makes it extremely inaccurate. It was saying you got 10 pins down when you only had 4. Extremely expensive for an hour. I’ll just go to Wilmington where it is cheaper

absolutely terrible. the scoring is very inaccurate and the pool tables are junk

$50 for an hour to bowl. What a joke. You cant even enjoy yourself with the feeling of being rushed.

Phone communication non-existent. Open bowling definition on their website equates to two lanes. Lanes seemed to be in excellent condition, later technology.

Friendly staff, and good atmosphere but unfortunately when we rented a lane for an hour we spent at least 15 minutes down due to the ball return and the pins getting tangled.

Pricing is a joke. Stay away!

Came here to bowl with my husband. We normally call ahead to check if there’s any lanes open, but I didn’t today. We go and There were reserved lanes for an event and a couple open lanes. The older man at the counter asked if we were with the group and I said no, we were not. Immediately he says no we can’t bowl today because We aren’t with the group. The women next to him working chimed in and said we can actually play because there’s 5 extra lanes open. Okay yay! But it doesn’t end there. This old man kept saying we can’t bowl. There’s no lanes opening and he’s not putting the chairs down. The women immediately said she will go put the chairs down for us!! This man CONTINUES to tell us we are not allowed to and she doesn’t know what she is doing/talking about. Who talks to their co workers like that Infront of customers?? That was extremely disrespectful and hostile. Thank GOD for the wonderful woman working next to him. She was trying to get us to bowl while the grinch next to her was degrading her and being extremely unfriendly to us. MIND YOU we only bowled for 30mins. There was only 3/4 lanes being used out of the 15 the group had reserved!! As I work In customer service, This old man should not be working in this environment if he is going to steer customers away. Bad for business and definitely left a bad taste in our mouths. Just wanted to have a lil fun but he completly ruined the mood. If you’re that miserable you need to stay home. Do better.
