I got a family bundle and two honey mustard wraps as well. It was a big order, but the crew was so nice about it and made sure my order was perfect. The fries and onion rings were hot and it was an overall good experience. I recommend.

Today I was in the drive-through I placed an order and at the menu I was told to stop at the back window and to not pass the back window so I thought I would be paying at the back window. I sat there for a couple of minutes, then proceeded to the next window at which then a black guy with dreads who claimed he was the manager told me that it was their wait window and that was their new procedure. I asked him how am I to know to pull forward when my order is ready and why was I told I was paying at the back window? He was very rude aggressive, and tried to tell me he did not have to accept my payment. This location has always been unprofessional, and they hire the lowest of the Lows These are the type of workers that give Kankakee a bad rep Burger King in Kankakee has to do better and hire more professional people don’t tell me to do something just to avoid real drive times please stop talking to customers like they’re doing us a favor when we’re spending our money on burgers that are already expensive.

The manager was a short black lady with braids she was very rude very aggressive attitude problem then on top of that was not professional was not courteous was not polite and it show that she had no customer service skills at all this Burger King is decent but it's the staff that has attitude so I don't know if they're underpaid or what but they need to have sensitive training because they really need it

It's always a 20 minute wait no matter what you order, the staff are very rude and unpleasant. Whoever owns this chain simply doesn't not give a flying f. About the customers or the staff.

Got here at 10:15 saying they closed & clean the grill , the store closes at 11pm , I would understand if it was 10:40 or later but , why are the employees that lazy they rather close up early so they won’t have to work , just go to Bradley Burger King don’t waste your time eating here.

Horrible service over there‼️ Only paid them a visit twice this year and both times received very bad service. Yesterday around 4pm I had to wait well over 10 minutes for 1 chicken wrap, they gave me the wrong sauce and the chicken was hard as a brick. After the wait I decided to just get a refund because I was pressed for time, it was going on 15 minutes, I got to the window and they literally said they forgot to hand me my food! It's one thing to be overwhelmed and busy....

I was the only car present the entire time‼️
