Messed up our order. Told them what we wanted then was told “hold on”. Waited at least 5 minutes and they come back to drive thru mic but forgot what we ordered. Gave them entire order again. Pull up to window and got order. Took home and found order was wrong. Went back and they still got it wrong. Really need to stop going there. They mess up way too much.

Hey Bk fam..... Y'all know me!. Lol just wanted to say I appreciate y'all for showing up and the services y'all provide... I'm not sure about anybody else but when I go, I'm greeted with kindness and respect. To me I be forgetting I'm eating burger king it feel hospitable.sometimes I have to go in just so I can get that relaxed vibe.... The staff in there currently doing they thing!.... Cant say anything about anyone of these because the inside was closed at 7:20 when the door says inside it open till 10.
On 8/1/25 30 minutes til closing to get some food in person through drive thru was told they were closed....why bother putting closing at 11:00pm if your closed a half hour earlier Mind you there were 3 people still in the facility...very disappointed i wanted a whopper
