I have always loved B&B but this last visit will probably be my last. Not only were we over charged, (hubby ordered a hotdogs with an extra hot dog, menu said extra dog was $6 yet they charged is 19.95!) The manager refused to compensate for it and the service was beyond atrocious. The server was rude, walked away before taking everyone's order, continually forgot our items, took forever yo get drinks and I could go on. The manager came over and said, sorry and walked away. When we went up to the bar she seemed shocked at what happened and said how horriblenit was but did nothing about it. A friend was there shortly before us and had the same horrific service. IMO its one thing to have bad service, bit it's another to just accept it and shrug it off. Shame on yous B&B!

Loved the food but had an incident to where they put the wrong cheese on my hamburger. They suggested scraping the cheese off and putting the right cheese on and warming my hamburger back up. I didn't accept that answer, so I sat there with no food, but onion rings, so that was disappointing to have eating there twice in one week. And, there was four of us so the bill was not a small bill.

The waitress was very attentive the atmosphere was amazing they had good music playing the food on the other hand was subpar 5 out of 10 for the burgers do yourself a favor and just get a hot dog my wife's Burger had to be sent back because it was bleeding in the middle, we were all done eating by the time she got her food back fuoly cooked and let's not talk about the price ridiculous for burgers that aren't even that great will definitely be my last time eating here

Ordered pick up. Tater tots were hard, mozzarella sticks were hard, but burgers were decent. If you sub for Mac n cheese on the side they give it to you in 3 very tiny cups...stick with fries.
