Never visited the restaurant when it was on Court street but was in the mall and decided to try it. There was a posted lunch special of 6 wings for $5.50. When I tried to order this I was told they had no wings! Ok....it's 1:30pm and you're out of wings? Then take down the posting! I ordered the half white jerk chicken. Terrible...the chicken was dry and not seasoned at all! No hint of jerk seasoning or other kind of seasoning for that fact. Tasted like oven baked chicken.The corn bread was greasy! I'm from Chicago and Uncle Joe's, Tropic Island and Kingston remains the reigning King of Caribbean food. Food for thought, when Caribbean Delight was on Court street it didn't matter what time of the day or night I drove by there it was ALWAYS empty! Now I know why.

One of the best meals we have had. Spices were perfect, everything so tasty. Service was excellent, friendly staff. It was a pleasure to watch someone enjoying his job so much. We will definitely go again!!
