They don’t have care for their customers, I get it ur busy but when ur not you shouldn’t get to change up. I went here last week and got the same thing I ordered today, the person taking my order last week had said they offered small and large cups of side chocolate dip, they gave me a large in a medium cup. I asked for the same thing this week when they have a line, went through politely said they got it wrong because it wasn’t that small last time when I specified I wanted a large cup of side dip and now they don’t do it anymore? I told her they did it last time and she shrugged her shoulders in disregard. Have more respect for others.

Walk up service. Clean area. Parking is okay. Service is polite. Prices are a little high for ice cream. ( higher prices since covid everywhere) Tast is good. Served fast. Taste is good. Good for a treat.

I ordered a mint chocolate blizzard with fudge and cookie dough. I did this at the Manteno one n it was amazing so I wanted it again. I even double checked with them even though I know you can add whatever you want to your blizzard my friend literally gets a different combo blizzard all the time (including this time n his was correct). They told us it was fine and we can add anything we want. I get it home, the ice cream is brown like regular cookie dough. Tasted it. No mint. I can't find any fudge either. I'll still to the Manteno one I guess. Seems like every place in this town has just gone to shit lately.

Always order blizzards here, and it's a 50/50 shot if it ever gets mixed all the way through. Most of the oreo is all on top and just vanilla on the bottom half.

I went this morning to get 2 Ice cream cakes. Horrible service I initially asked for a oreo cake a woman who seemed to be a manager snapped that they didn't have any oreo cakes. I responded okay well I need two cakes I was then asked well what kind do you you want. I said can I have two of the birthday decorated ones she said the plain ones not knowing what she meant I said yes please. Then she asked me what size I asked what they had she said 8 or 10 I said how about 2 10s she said no I have a 8 and a 10. There was zero customer service zero guidance and zero smile I spent 70 dollars on two plain cakes. I said nothing more because I felt like an inconvenience to the employees. The cake quality is always A 1 but this experience makes me think maybe next time I should go somewhere else.
