I would like to know, how a company the size of the one i work for. Puts in an order for 88 different stores. All for delivery. Yet for some reason, twice in a row now. When the pizza shows up to my store. We are being charged 4.99 for delivery when the company paid for all of it up front and put in for delivery. My store is legit the only store this is happening too. I try calling Dominoes 3 times and each time waited a half hour and got no answer. So what, are you pocketing the extra 5 dollars? Are you getting an extra tip? When a company buys their employees pizza its pretty crazy the employees have to pay for any of it. I promise you the next time we will refuse the order all together.

There phones are off so no one can call in when there orders are wrong and Hella attitude when trying to get a remake after driving across town and waited 30 plus minutes for them to put the buffalo sauce on the wrong part of my pizza even after a lengthy conversation and explaining how hard to put the buffalo on the same as the jalapeños

Everything usually is pretty good. Would normally give a 4 to 5 star rating. Now currently cause of the app/ordering process they now charge for every item inside any or the build your own pasta or pizzas and while I understand paying for premium ingredients it now applies to every ingredient. Gave a month to fix it and still same problem across dominos. I watch my money and notice when I'm being overcharged for items that are included

just received my order which was 2 large pizza with one topping and a 2 liter of coke.well the pizza arrived fast which no issue but when i opened the pizza box the pizza was scatter everywhere and instead of a 2 liter of pop they gave me 2 20 fl oz smh

Ordered a big order 4 hours before the end of the shift for delivery, Never showerd, We went to location and employees told us driver just went to drop off, Never showed, Straight lied to our faces, The manager told us the manager was the one dropping It off, Could call Imagen 😅🤦, I'll post this same post, For everyone that had to re pitch In food and hopefully to able to get food anywhere.

The past four times we have ordered from this Dominos they have not disappointed at all. The Parmesan bites were freaking hot, and so dang delicious. The stuffed crust pizza came very Joe and it was also good. The only reason I gave four stars is because it didn’t seem like extra. Otherwise everything is very good.
The girl kept wiping the sweat off her forehead with her hands and was making boxes and then taking food orders… no gloves.. and touching a lot of different things..

This place is a joke!! Close to 2 hrs to get my food “delivered” I end up showing up at store pizza and garlic bites were cold already then my wings not even cooked this location really trying get sued for getting people sick!!!!

I ordered a L Pepperoni with extra cheese extra sauce and extra pepperoni for pick up on 8/7/25 and it seems they did fine with the Extra sauce and Extra cheese, but as you can SEE there is a lack of pepperoni, it wasn’t busy so I’m not sure why the there was an issue on preparing the pizza as ordered.

I just got the worst order I’ve ever had from a Dominos. Over an hour and twenty minutes to deliver. It took over thirty minutes to “prep” the order. It arrived cold and slightly squished and cut incredibly unevenly. You know it’s bad when you have to microwave the pizza that was just delivered.

Those tater tot things they need to fry them and then melt the cheese and ingredients on them they were soggy as if they took them out the freezer and just stuck them in the oven with the cheese and stuff on top it was not appealing at all.
