I ordered a L Pepperoni with extra cheese extra sauce and extra pepperoni for pick up on 8/7/25 and it seems they did fine with the Extra sauce and Extra cheese, but as you can SEE there is a lack of pepperoni, it wasn’t busy so I’m not sure why the there was an issue on preparing the pizza as ordered.

I just got the worst order I’ve ever had from a Dominos. Over an hour and twenty minutes to deliver. It took over thirty minutes to “prep” the order. It arrived cold and slightly squished and cut incredibly unevenly. You know it’s bad when you have to microwave the pizza that was just delivered.

Those tater tot things they need to fry them and then melt the cheese and ingredients on them they were soggy as if they took them out the freezer and just stuck them in the oven with the cheese and stuff on top it was not appealing at all.

Today was the first time I've ordered from Domino's in over a year, and I placed an online order for a weird pizza with no cheese; extra sauce; add beef, sausage, & Asiago cheese; baked well-done.
Some Domino's will screw up my custom Asiago-topped creation or under/over bake it, but this Kankakee location absolutely NAILED my order - and did it during a busy Saturday-night rush around 10:30pm! Perfectly baked & didn't skimp on the Asiago!! A+++ Job Guys! 👏🏻
TLDR: They understood the assignment! 🎯 💯
Although my order status hadn't updated by the time I got there (never updated at all), I walked in the door and they already had my order ready behind the counter. 👍🏻

Had my delivery within 25 minutes which was great and fast, the pizza and everything was completely fresh and amazing! Almost better than what it would have tasted if i just picked it up! Best delivery pizza ive had in a very long time! The driver was very kind and professional as well. Will be ordering delivery from dominos more often for sure.

We ordered the $19.99 special the delivery driver was just a couple minutes late, but when we looked at the 2 thin crust pizzas we purchased they were like cardboard and what cheese was supposed to be on it was burnt on both pizzas, unfortunately I will not be ordering from this location again. This was unacceptable and before these pizzas were sent out I'm more than positive they saw they were burned and not edible..
