Not sure why door dash isn't offered through this location. I live about 5 mins from here yet door dash has to send me my food from the bourbonnais location. Obviously it's never gonna come hot. And waste of time and gas for the delivery driver

Extremely slow compared to every other dunkin in the country. It is standard to wait in line for 20 minutes to get your food and drinks at this location. I have also received my doughnuts in a bag multiple times with the frosting sliding off and covering the bag every time. Do better please.

First of all, it took me forever to even get service at 4:45 in the morning with two people working and no one else there. Then the lady tells me that they can’t even warm my donut up?? So you sell all kinds of donuts, but you can’t even warm a donut up for five seconds? Y’all suck! Even random gas stations have microwave so you can warm a doughnut up! The lady tells me it’s against policy! I haven’t even touched the donut! It has not even been out the case you can’t throw it in and warm it up? I think I’m never going to Dunkin again. I think you guys are literally going to lose a customer over warming a donut up for five seconds
I have not had less than a 10-15 minute wait ANY time I have tried to go. I always hope it will get better but it never does. A continuous disappointment.
