I stood at the counter for 5 minutes while employees walked by and never acknowledged me. Finally an employee comes to take my order and by her tone was not thrilled to be working. I ordered 2 Peppermint Mocha Coffees hot BUT they hand me 2 ICED peppermint mochas. I let them know it was wrong and they remade the drinks luckily. Other customers came back in with order errors. Someone needs to work with the employees on customer service as no one should have to stand there with no acknowledgment. I’ll go to another location even though further away.

Every time I go to this dunkin' donuts I do receive a decent iced coffee, although the staff is very unfriendly and never smile, I always tip a dollar to try to boost their morale, butt it never seems to make a difference,,

Always horrible service. Can't get through the drive thru under 20minutes usually. I always have to ask for my donuts and 90% of the time they then reply that they don't have any. Sandwiches are always messed up or burnt. Most of the time the coffee tastes burnt and made differently every single time. Put in a complaint and you never get anything back. Can't call the store because no one answers or that the number was not in service.

The manager Ashley was not courteous, staff was walking around like they were in a daze. Stood in line for over 10 minutes for a coffee. Would recommend driving a little further and going to another Dunkin.
I just asked for a decaf macchiato with oat milk and bagel bites. I understand it’s kinda specific, but it’s from dietary restrictions. She gave me a regular latte and ice cold bagel bites with a bad attitude. I’ll be waking up earlier and going elsewhere from now on
