I order delivery every week. They do good if you just get combo but if you add extra cookie or extra chip something is often missing. They are good about sending someone back with it if you call but I don't like waisting gas and time. I love the food. Seem they need someone to double check orders before sending out. Once or twice would be big deal but it's happened almost every order.

I ordered a sub for delivery on my break . Won't happen again . Called manager to see what was up and he said that's the way it is And it's by weight . Ummm I've never seen this ! Almost 8$ i spent on a sub TO STILL BE HUNGRY after lunch . Won't happen again . We have a bread isle if that's what I wanted for lunch. Thanks jimmy johns

You guys, what is this? I’m so disappointed in this location and any of the surrounding locations. If you want quality and well-prepared fast food, you won’t find it in Kankakee county. Management, please hire employees that actually care.

Argumentative, rude female staff member. Problem resolved after argument after team member called manager. They wanted bitten sandwich back from my wife after delivered to Covid positive person in my wife’s mom to attempt to expose her to Covid. They later would finally call back to apologize only after realizing my wife was being honest and actually had the Covid contaminated sandwich brought back to the restaurant
Everything was good, and the young lady washed her hand and applied disposable gloves before making my delicious sandwich.

I ordered a single turkey sandwich and it took over an hour to arrive. I ordered it twenty minutes before my 30 minute break. It’s right down the street!
