I have gone to JJ's for over 20 years. This is the only store that does not taste like the original JJ's. The bread and meat did not taste right. I don't think I will go back to this shop.

I am always amazed at the customer service, professionalism and welcoming atmosphere at the Kankakee location. I couldn't wait to get to my car and leave another review. Thank you to the staff for accommodating my request(giant cut in half and then cut in half). You guys ALWAYS ROCK! Bonus needed for this entire location.

I order delivery every week. They do good if you just get combo but if you add extra cookie or extra chip something is often missing. They are good about sending someone back with it if you call but I don't like waisting gas and time. I love the food. Seem they need someone to double check orders before sending out. Once or twice would be big deal but it's happened almost every order.
