Sitting here writing this instead of eating my food. I order biscuits and gravy and then I ordered two eggs scrambled with cheese, three sausage patties, and hashbrowns that comes with toast when I went to pick up my food, only received the biscuits and gravy was cold. I only had two sausage patties. My eggs were cold, and the cheese was not melted. I did not receive my hashbrowns. I proceeded to call the restaurant to tell them that they have mistake and she told me she didn’t know what to . I used to love Lori’s dinner so much but since these new people have taken over, it is not the same loris anymore.

I had a omelet with everything with my friend here and uncle I was appreciate to eat here but it's kind of crowded place and waiting on the waitresses which there are only to working and one that washes dishes It looks like the kitchen cook is amazing at cooking food and getting you what you want. The coffee is actually really good and woke me up. I appreciate the service and the help but as I said it takes a little bit to get service because the place is so busy and usually pretty packed. Other than that this place is very good at getting you a good size plate of food. I gave it five stars. The atmosphere gets three stars because I am not usually used to a lot of people. I have social anxiety and maybe consider myself as introverted.
Parking: Parking is very difficult because it is on one of the busiest streets in Kankakee county and there is no parking garage or very little parking around there.

What a spacious quiet place for breakfast. Very intimate. Music was nice to ears. Seat yourself and was waited on ASAP! Our waitress was very sweet. Her name was Audrey. Very attentive. Food was definitely a hit! We ordered the steak ribeye sandwich, Loris Mess omelette, and Mickey Mouse pancakes for the munchkin! GOODY !GOODY! GOODT!
Please make sure u get a receipt or they will try to play games with you. I had 4 meals I ordered for take out. Got home and I was missing 1 whole meal. I called the store and my waitress had me waiting 12 minutes. I got in the car went back up to the store and I was still on hold. Finally talked to my waitress she acknowledged that I was missing a meal. The cook tried to give me just eggs and bacon then proceeded to tell me I wasn’t charged for four meals. Which was a lie I definitely won’t be going back.

We have eaten at Lori's a few times. We were pleased with the food and service etc. However, this experience was less than their best foot forward. Service was very slow, 10 minutes or more before we received service. Didn't receive what I ordered, ordered eggs over easy received scrambled, and my wife ordered one egg over easy, received scrambled. She ordered fruit and it was several minutes after we had been served. Seemed to be enough staff but only one waitress working her butt off. I will give them the benefit of doubt, it was an off day.
