The restrooms were very soiled and dirty. The customer service was great. The person in the front was respectful and while he weg to the back to assist my request another team member checked on me to help me. They were out of ketchup and my son's big Mac came in a quarter pounder box because they didn't gave any big Mac boxes. I thought we had the wrong burger at first. Their supplies are low, but considering it's probably a busy so from travelers and locals, it happens. I was traveling.

Was always good until Juan the new manager said I'll be fine when I didnt get part of my order. Also he smashed the door in the face and refused to give me any answers to my questions or even tell me he is the manager . I had to find out from another worker that was super fun wearing a gold chain was super nice and friendly and handled it the right way he need to be manager instead as soon as possible or else this place will never succeed
