We ordered two McDoubles and a Daily Double with drinks. Each sandwich only had one beef patty when we got our order. Went back to the counter and an employee apologized and said she would fix it. We got fresh sandwiches. We checked each one; the Daily Double and one McDouble each had two beef patties, but the second McDouble was still one patty. Went back again and she took the sandwich and showed the team in back and they fixed it. It seems they had a lot of new staff and the employee that helped us was trying to train them all. Plus, it looked like folks kept coming in with orders that were incorrect from the drive thru. I hope they can work out their issues soon. I applaud the employee who helped at the counter and hope her managers see that they need to give her more training support for that team or reevaluate operations if this is a common issue.

My daughter just came to this McDonald's and they messed up the order as they always do. My daughter ordered 2 20- mcnuggets, 4 chicken sandwich a cheese burger, an apple pie. 2 BBQ SAUCE, 2 SWEET AND SOUR AND 2 CREAMY CHILLI SAUCE. they missed two chicken sandwiches and all the sauces. Food it's extremely cold. It took forever to get her order. Never buying here again. I'll go to poor boys or Wendy's.
The Manager is nice and kind, though.

Clean, but possibly the slowest McDonald's I've been too. If you're in a hurry driving past, wait to get further along your route.
We went in and this was at 12:50pm with 2 cars in the drive through. 20 minutes +

If you go to this McDonald's, don't expect to get fast food or friendly service. All the employees look like they hate their jobs, not necessarily rude, but not friendly. The food was good, but the wait time was ridiculous. It took way too long to get my food.

Don’t even waste your time stopping at this McDonald’s. We drove through this one on the way to a relatives house this morning and had to wait 30 minutes to even order food. Cars were driving away mad. We decided to try it again tonight for some mcflurries and drinks and just sat there for 20 minutes and the guy kept telling us he would be with us in a minute. He then told us they were so busy and were not at all. Two cars behind us left and so did we. The food earlier was cold and was so old. If you’re heading south, pass this up and go somewhere else. If I could give this place no stars, I would. This place really needs to get it together.

My initial order was wrong. When I asked for it to be corrected, the staff was frustrated and did a half-ass job fixing the order. This is how McDonalds loses customers. I’m not from the area but I’ll avoid coming here in the furniture since my restrictions of now bun is too difficult.

My niece just ordered some food from the Court Street McDonalds for myself and her. We are both deathly allergic to onions and asked for none. Not only did we have loads of onions on both big Mac's that we ordered, the fries were cold and soggy I don't even know how it's possible to be both. The worse part about everything was when I called to let the manager Trina know she completely ignored the fact I told her Im allergic to onions, and told me to return the food and bring my receipt. She was very rude and disregarding to her ServSafe certification, that is if she even have one. Never knowing not even 2 months ago I was just working for McDonald's in Bourbonnais. I will definitely not only be contacting the District manager, but corporate as well. Anyone who disregards health concerns especially life threatening ones should not be working somewhere they can potentially effect someone's life. Great job being rude and disregarding to your customers Trina. It's lovely to know there is people working in a restaurant and clearly hasn't been taught the basics of allergens. Being rude and disrespectful to your customers will get you absolutely nowhere. I hope this is not the way you treat all your customers. I would have loved to bring the food and the receipts back, but not only did I have to take medication for my hands immediately breaking out when I opened the burgers, my niece was rushed to the hospital due to her tongue swelling. You never know what others face so maybe you can learn from this mistake. I hate to say it, but McDonald's will be facing a hell of a law suit due to the neglecting to follow simple instructions. Maybe next time Trina can learn that a simple mistake led by an apology can get you far. Being rude once again gets you nowhere, but in a deeper hole.
