Ordered a happy meal for my daughter they hurried up and rushed my order and literally sold me an empty happy meal then refused to fix their problem when I came into the store until I mentioned that I was writing this Google review. I have 0 idea how these managers keep their job with all these horrible reviews. The crew here literally said there is jo manager on duty here today smh

McDoanlds is so depressing looking now and it's not even cheap. The food is barely edible nowadays so I definitely don't want to spend $50 feeding my family of four at McD when we can eat at an actual restaurant for less. It's supposed to be a fun, family fast food joint. Where is the color and fun for kids? Going inside now is like a nightmare. All gray and metal with screens that I have to place my own order on. That tiny counter with no one behind it. Where is the fun?

Completely ignoring the line of people trying to order while they have the kiosks turned off. Ended up leaving after 15 of waiting

I'm a doordasher and I will never accept another order from this place. I'm always having to wait 15-20 minutes for food and not even being acknowledged by the employees

I want to state that my experience with the food quality here has always been great, that being said service has been bad my last several visits. They forgot a few items and I went back through the drive through to get the items and reorder a sandwich that slid out of the packaging while checking the bag to make sure all the food was in there. I reordered andlet them know about the other items and wouldn't you know it I got my new sandwich and they forgot my other items again. The chicken sandwhich falling out wouldn't have been an issue had they folded the foil packaging down like they are supposed to. My last 3 visits they've forgotten to include the full order. You'd have better experience going to one of the other Mc D's near by in either Bradley, or Bourbonnais.
I ordered a 6 pc chicken nugget with sweet n sour sauce. the sauce wasn't given. went to DT again and waited for 5 minutes in a single car line and ended up backing up and going inside for the sauce

I went super early in the a.m. after being called in to the hospital on a Saturday and I was shocked they were open! I didn't know they were 24 hrs on Saturdays! Breakfast sandwich and hashbrown were fresh and hot! Definitely made my crazy middle of the night call in to work much better!
