A very charming restaurant with wonderful owners and servers. Desserts were excellent and our entrees were serviceable to very good. Recommend pasta and their tried and true favorites most of all. The place has been here for years and is a staple and anchor of downtown Kankakee. Worth a try.

There is a server here who was an absolute doll. She was funny and extremely kind. She took the time out of her work day to sign happy birthday to my son and bring him a piece of cake. The food was OK. Some items were cold when brought to us. It was also not seasoned well.

My husband and I throughly enjoyed our first visit today. My husband had the Fettuccini Alfredo with Blackened Chicken and I had the Three Cheese Ravioli. Both dishes were absolutely delicious (we each sampled the other's meal)! The service was great! Our waitress, Hannah, was amazing! The one hour trip from Indiana was well worth the time! We will be back as there are several other dishes we would like to try including the Linguine with meat sauce & fresh mozzarella balls!

I have eaten at Rigo's many times and have never had a bad meal. Also, I have never seen the restaurant dirty or any food stored on the floor.
Dietary restrictions: I have celiac, and I must eat gluten-free foods. Therefore, I don't feel I qualify to judge meals. Rigo's kitchen staff always help me with ordering my GF meals and they are always very good!
Parking: The parking lot is located behind the restaurant, and it's huge.
Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance is behind the building.

My favorite restaurant in the area now! The atmosphere was amazing so peaceful, they had live music when we went. The food is so delicious that we couldn’t resist for dessert, we ordered a tiramisu that it was soooo good! Highly recommended

Absolutely great experience! My husband had the lamb shank, I had the half duck and we shared the escargot as an appetizer. Food was amazing, we personally did not care for sauce with lamb but the meat was tender and tasted great. The staff were friendly and attentive. The restaurant was very clean. Extremely satisfied all around. Will visit again when in the area. Highly recommend.

Kid-friendliness: No kid menu that I saw but children were present.

Kankakee doesn’t have a ton of dining options and it has even less fine dining options. Luckily there is Rigo’s, which is great! Great food always and they always accommodate dietary restrictions (specifically gluten allergies). Lots of great meals and memories here!
Dietary restrictions: A family member I often dine with is gluten intolerant. They have always been very flexible in making adjustments to his orders so it’s safe for him to eat.
