The most blandest & unseasoned food I’ve ever had. The french fries didn’t even have salt.the chocolate chip cookie was decent. If you are from Chicago & have Chicagoland taste buds don’t even bother with this place, you’ll hate it.

Local small business. Down the street from my house. Love the food and the employees. Especially Rick and sue thats why sammys is my spot for them wings! Go there if you have never tried it before. You wont be disappointed.
I have to say by far the BEST wings I have had in town! A good amount of sauce and cooked very well!

For starters, the pizza is extremely thin. The pizza is not good or bad but it isn’t worth real pizza place prices when you can get similar or better pizza from the store for a fourth of the price. Also the onion rings were actually pretty good. But the fried pickles almost sent me to see the lord. They went HEAVY on the salt with these. I hate wasting food but I had to throw them out.

Sammy’s in Kankakee beats any other Sammy’s location. Hands down. It’s really rare for anything weird to happen to your order and the food is always fresh from this location. Delivery sometimes takes a long time but even then everything comes prepared perfectly. I would definitely give this place a try.
