Love this place. It's the only gaming place that serves food and drinks. The staff is great. It has a little cafe area separated from the game area it's nice my friends and I come just to chat it's quiet and when we feel lucky we put a couple bucks in the machines. We used to go to Winnie until we found this GEM it's a great place to game and chill for adults.

IVE BEEN GOING THERE FOR YEARS (KANKAKEE IL LOCATION) AND NO COMPLAINTS, HOWEVER I STOPPED GOING THERE WHEN THE NEW AFRICAN AMERICAN MANAGER TOOK OVER (PREGNANT WOMAN) SHE IS EXTREMELY RUDE TO STAFF, UNPROFESSIONAL AND LOUD MOUTHED. SHE WALKED IN LAST WEEK AND AS SOON AS I SEEN HER I WALKED OUT. I WILL NOT STEP FOOT BACK IN THERE UNTIL SHE IS GONE

Same as the rest of the bandits in town, very little play for big losses. Rarely do you see a big winner. Overly stealing tight. After playing several different places. Finally convinced not to donate anymore to the state of Illinois or any of the bandit owner's of the business.

This would be a five star review but your African American (did not want to use race to describe her but she refused to tell me her name when asked) morning employee is the absolute worst. Terrible attitude, curses and is always on her phone. Can't be bothered to ask anything of her.On some positive notes. This store has made a huge turn around in service and cleanliness. Welcoming environment and the friendlest workers besides the one. Michelle and Brianna are my favorites. Would love to book for an adult birthday party?

Customer service is outta 10 I would say a 4 machines are in good shape just a couple sour apples and they have ONE that always complains about her shift and always wants to go home. Unless you hit a machine then expects tip.
